[Resolved]  ABN-AMRO Bank Credit Card — Regarding payment

Respected Sir / Madam,

My name is Adarsh G Ganvir.

I used to use your ABN AMRO bank credit card no [protected].
The last payment made by me was in the month of March 09, detailed confirmation mail attached.
During making the payment of Rs.24,000/- (Chq no - 623648) i confirmed in the customer care also & also with your officer in Delhi office.
After more than 6-months, now i have again received a call on my mobile no. that some amount of Rs. 8000/- is still outstanding. I have received a call today from [protected].

I am again repeating that i have paid the complete amount with asking the concernt officer of your bank.

I am also marking a carbon copy of this mail to consumer court to file my case against the bank for mental harrasment and irrevelent calls and also absurd words as used by the callers on phone. Please help me out from this & save my souls.

Respected Sir,

First of all i have not received any statement from your side on March 14, 2009. I have only received a SMS for balance payment & that was the only reason due to which i have to stop your valuable services since i was paying your bank only on the basis of SMS recieved from the last six months before 14th March.
Before giving the cheque of Rs. 24,000/- to your executive by hand i had confirmed the same amount on phone from your delhi nos.
If i would have been told that Rs. 28121.61 is the total outstanding till 14th March, which you are telling me now, i would have cleared the complete amount at that time itself.
The fault is from your side for which i am suffering.
Even the late fees which the bank is leveing on me is absurd, since the miscommunication is from the bank itself.

I am again repeating that i will not be paying anything to the bank unless and untill any legal decision is there.

So please stop harrasing me mentally and take a legal step for the result.

ABN AMRO Credit Card — Harrasing calls from collection agency of a paid card

This is to intimate you that i have still not received the Credit card statement for the last month.

Please arrange to send the statement to my address available with you. Do ring me for any clarification or updates if required.

on above said card i had availed easy cash lone of rupees two lac the lone a/c .no. [protected], from jan, 2008 til date i have paid upto date emi but in feb, 2008 due to i hav been in delhi the emi was late but after that you had charge me every emi late fee please revert the exeess amount that you had chage me according our agreement that statement generate on 10th of every month. and due date is 30th every month. but my surprisewas that i never got statement from your side but i was paying even without that suddenly one of your frenchise started abusing me and inspite of droping cheque themade me pay again
next when i cheked with bank my payment was ALREADY CLEAR BY BANK. agan next day the same AMOUNT CHEQUE was in my bank which was already cleared. the Q. is that did you so called angent can't see that amount is already paid. ?
