Sir/ Madam,
I don’t know, what you will do with this letter either you can read or leave it like a trash.
I am very grateful to you for reading my words.

Here I want to confess something in front of you, that there is some problem in Working, Strategic Planning and internal behavior in our Personal Loan Deptt.
A few examples are below:-

1) if anybody fails while collecting the amount from the customer, he have to pay the whole amount from it’s pocket, means Self-funding, otherwise we tortured them like salary cuts and termination from the job.
2) we have to fund customer’s amount up to their deeds, because the pressure of our respected seniors
3) our seniors use so many abuses while talking and told us that, ”KAISE BHI LAO PAYMENT LAO, CHAHE CHORI KARO YA DAKA DALO, WARNA TERI SALARY SE KAAT LUNGA “
4) Some of our seniors/tele-callers confuse like we can settle your amount in lesser value instead of full payment and force our beloved customers not to pay the amount while he is in bucket 150, because the wants to collect the amount from the same customer one month later when he is shifted in bucket no180, to fulfill their targets of bucket 180, that’s why the collectors are unable to give their targets as far.
5) Tele-callers let a very bad impact on the fame of our bank, because they use abusing and torturing languages to the customers.


I didn’t want to ill fame anybody or any of my senior but, as a part of this organization I fell it’s wrong so that’s why I am telling you all these.

I completely agree...ABN AMRO is terrible to deal with specially the people calling from the NOIDA/Gurgoan offices. They have used foul language, threatened my parents, my job etc. Wish someone could take real strict action against these people
