I lost my ATM and I contacted customer support for a new one. I received my ATM within a weeeks time but even after a month my pin is yet to come. I contact customer care thrice and they gave me three service request numbers but none of them took pains to deliver my pin. Today I again contacted them and their excuse was that my address is wrong, it is the same address on which my ATM was delivered.
I am just lock out of my account (dont have a check book to with draw) and I have to borrow money from my friends to fulfil my daily needs. None of the bank members take a pain to resolve my concern. Was this information helpful? |
