[Resolved] ABN AMRO Credit Card — Cheating on Redemption of Reward Points | |
Hi, My name is Victor and I am a holding the ABN AMRO credit card (GOLD) for almost 3 years now. I tried to redeem the reward points and the executives very religiously took down the order and said that the gifts will reach me by 15 working days. After several calls they finally said sisnce there was an address change the gifts have been returned. I have already received the statement in the new address but when the gifts had to be delivered they say it could not be returned. They never even bothered to call me and ask my address... and the worst part is the reward points have been reduced from my account. A very cheap but smooth way of wooing and cheating customers. ABN-AMRO credit card — regarding gift for the credit card
i have got ABN-AMRO credit card on october 2007,along with the card i have got a gift coupon for 1 grm gold coin ,am trying to get the gift since october till now i didnt get.if i made a call to the concern people they were not giving proper response.
they have cheated me by giving the card
