ABN AMRO Credit Card — DUBIOUS STATEMENTS

I MR. GAUTAM DE HOLDING AN ABN AMRO CREDIT CARD NO.: [protected]
VALID FROM 07/06 AND VALID THRU 08/09.
THE PROBLEM STARTED IN THEIR STATEMENT PERIOD 13/10/2008 TO 12/11/2008.
WHERE THEY CHARGED ME WITH PREMIER CLUB & SUPREME EXPERIENCE
OFFERALONG WITH DINNING PLUS FEE DB A SEVICE TAX TOTAL
AMOUNTING TO RS.5, 055.07. WHERE I DID NOT APPLY/AGREE TO ANY SUCH OFFERS.
I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES WITH REQUEST
NO. [protected] THEY SAID THAT THE SAME WILL BE REVERSED
REFLECT IN MY NEXT STATEMENT. THEY REVERSED THE AMOUNT IN THEIR NEXT
STATEMENT BUT CHARGED ME WITH LATE FEE & FINANCECHARGE AMOUNTING TO
RS.1562.28 I AGAIN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE & REQUEST NO.
[protected] DATED 29/01/2009 &AGAIN THEY PROMISED TO CLEAR MY
ACCOUNTS & SEND ME A CLEAR STATEMENT NEXT MONTH.NEXT MONTH IN THEIR
STATEMENT PERIOD 13/01/2009 TO 12/02/2009 THEY AGAIN CHARGED RS.877.73
REASON: LATE FEE & FINANCE CHGS. I COMPLAINED &THEY ISSUED
ANOTHER REQUEST NO. [protected] ON 28/02/2009 & THEY ASSURED ME THAT
THE WHOLE THING WILL BE RESOLVED IN MY NEXT STATEMENT BUT AGAIN IN THE
MONTH OF MARCH'09 THEY HAVE SENT ME ANOTHER BILL AMOUNTING TO RS.1202.13.
THE WHOLE EPISODE IS THAT WITHOUT PURCHASING A SINGLE PRODUCT USING THEIR
CARD THEY ARE SENDING FICTIOUS BILLS AND CLAIMING MONEY. I HAVE
COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME SEVERAL TIMES FOR RECTIFICATION OF THEIR
ACCOUNTS BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS.
Consequences : I AM BEING HARRASED BY THEIR TELECALLERS FOR MY OUTSTANDING
DUES SEVERAL TIMES. IAM A BUSINESS PERSON AND MY REPUTATION IS BEING
DAMAGEDREGARDING THIER FALSE CLAIM.

The same thing applies for me ... first they charged Rs 5500(approx) for the same reason stated here, then I talked to them ... but in the next statement they added the late fees and service tax ... then again I talked ... they reversed the service charges in the next statement retaining the original amt and the late fee ... again I talked ... then they revised it ... retaining the late fee in the most recent statement.
My card no. is [protected]
This has been going on for the last 5 months. Most horrific thing is - I never applied for the scheme, yet they charged the amt to me !!! This is continuous harassment.
