[Resolved] ABN AMRO Credit Cards Chennai — Harrasment calls by ABN AMRO credit cards collection staff | |||
Hi, For the past one and half year we are getting harrassment calls from ABN AMRO credit cards department for credit card payment of somebody else card. We do not have any credit card/bank account with us of ABN AMRO. But still we are getting calls for asking for the name Venkatraman. But nobody with such name exist in the location. We have told them many times not to call this number. The collection department staff are using abusive language. Kindly let us know to whom to contact to resolve this. I had used ABN ambro bank credit card in the past and I had made the payment to them (infact it is EMI payment). I had made last 2 EMI payment together. When the card was sold to me they informed it is lifte time free card. But suddently this year begging they had charged me with Annual Membershipment fee. I had called the ABN bank immediately and lodged a complaint and told them to DEACTIVATE my card. Immediately ABN CS had called me they informed they had reversed the charges and asked me use the card. After couple months suddenly in the month of MARCH again they told me to make the payment of Annual fee and default amount (Total Rs3500+). Again I lodged phone complaint twice as I am not getting any resolution. They informed they had blocked my card and will send their representative to solve the issue of outstanding. But no body approached us. But only getting harrasment calls from ABN DELHI number[protected], they are not listening to us and they are using abusive language and bad filthy words.
