As this is my request mail regarding reversal of charges aginst this card.
I am your such old elite customer of this credit card for more than 2.5 yrs, when i have started your card with limit of Rs 39000 only after that bank had enhance my limit upto 89000.
as i have recieved call regarding gift voucher sending worth Rs 5000 on jan09 but i have completely refused because i know that call comes from some DSA but after some time i have recieved bill against on this. and i had called so many times to customer care regarding this with full conversation but till date no reversal or any solution come up.

and now i am recieving regular calls from your recovery dept.
