abnamro credit card — CASH PAID 6000.00 ON 25.11.08 STILL NOT CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT

Subject: Rs.6000.00 paid by me to bank authorized agent sai financial nagpur vide Receipt no.49202 25.11.08. not credit to my account till date.

Respected Madam,

With reference to above cited subject, I samir kumar roy Abn Amro credit card using from last five year. The card limit given by bank tome Rs.160000.00. I am salaried (service) man of one of multinational steel industries from last 20 years as a Accounts officer.

I am using card for domestic needs and pay by flexi monthly installments worked by bank.
I am paying minimum amount due as per bank statement on due date ie every 23rd of the month.
Due to non receiving of statement in time, many times I will have to pay by cash to their authorized agent sai financial NAGPUR, Otherwise every time I pay by cheque only.

In the month of nov.08, I was make a cash payment of Rs.6000.00 to Sai financial shankar nagar nagpur vide their receipt no. 49202 dated 25.11.08.

From nov.08 to jan.09 I will not get monthly statement from bank, but I regularly pay minimum amount due as per my knowledge of outstanding every month before due date.

On jan.09, I got massage in my mobile from bank for 14450.00 minimum amount due and insists by bank for immediate payment. I socked for increase in outstanding and immediately send mail and ask details of Rs.14450.00.
When I got details from bank and found that nov.08 payment not credit by bank tomy account and every month debiting rs.650.00 late payment by bank to my account and interest on it. I send mail to headcardservices regarding non credit of nov.08 payment Rs.6000.00 paid to sai financial nagpur and reversal of late payment.

I was also send scan copy of original receipt to headcardservises and also approach to agent sai financial and given Xerox copy of original receipt. I continuously follow up with [protected]@abnamro.com. Regarding credit of Rs. 6000.00 and reversal of late payment and interest on it but everytime head card services reply me for their inability to credit rs.6000 and late payment and interest on it and force me for payment.

I am getting call from your GUNDA Recovery agent every two minutes gap for recovery . Every time, separate persons call me not listen to any ward my side and force me for recovery to send their recovery person to my house. and continuously harasses me with unfair wards.
I also inform to headcardservices regading phonecalls with phone nos. but they not given any response except recovery. Please see correspondenace of your headcardservices.

For their harassment of every two minutes in phone calls I can not concentrate with my official work. I am mentally disturb. If you check tract record of past payment history you will find that I am not default in any month and paid atleast minimum amount due on due date.
For above harrashment my BP range to 110-170 daily. I am fear and not understand to whom I take help for above. When I already paid amount of Rs.6000.00 and bank not credit to my account and also not send statement from very next month and harrash me for paid amount recovery and debiting late payment and interest on paid amount which is not fair. At last I tired and collect information about complain from some reliable source and lodge a complain on RBI banking ombudsman.


I am hereby claiming CREIDT OF CASH PAYTMENT RS.6000.00 DATED 25.11.08 AND ALL LATE PAYMENTS AND INTEREST AND SERVICE TAX AND FINANCIAL CHARGES OF RS.6000.00 AND AN AMOUNT OF MENTAL HARRASHMENT CHARGES Rs.20000.00 FOR PAID AMOUNT RECOVERY BY YOUR AGENT FROM LAST FIVE MONTH.

Kindly investigate on above, and resolve my complain at very earliest and inform to your recovery agent to stop harrashment for above recovery.
If I not got above claim I will handover the case to Ahil Bhartiya consumer forum for handle this case from thierside.
