[Resolved]  abnamro credit card — [protected] credit card

my credit card is above numbered abnamro debited upgrading charges ,medical insurance,finance charges not to concern me.not only over limit fee,premier club fee late fee charges also debited to my account i naver allowed for the same .
In my opinion abn amro very dishonest and fraud doing with costumers like me .

I am surprised to receive from a Statement from ABN Amro for a new Card No.[protected] (described as ‘Gold Card’) which I have never activated or accepted in any manner at all. On the contrary, after physically receiving from you an unsolicited ‘Gold Card’, I have repeatedly declined over phone such a card. I therefore do not recognize this Statement/Bill as payable by me in any way. I shall consider any kind of payment only if a fresh correct bill is sent under my existing Card no. without any of the infructuous charges shown illegally in your present Statement. Till such time, no further interest/charges whatsoever shall accrue which please note.

In this connection, I recall that you had tried to force upon me charges for unsolicited items earlier too. You had also unleashed extreme kind o[censored]ndue harassments on an earlier occasion, so much so that I had to even lodge F.I.R. with the local Police Station. I find that you are now again at a dirty game inflicting upon me unwarranted infinite, mental and financial torture.

I request you to set things perfectly right immediately such that I do not have to take recourse to further actions.

personal loan in various banks and they have informed me that I have a
negative cibil report which says that I have an overdue amount of Rs
2200 on a credit card dated 11 05

I kindly request you to check the same and provide me further details
as I dont have any such card with me which has an issue date of
11 05 I do have a credit card from Citibank but thats dated 12 05 and
NOT 11 05

My credit card number [protected] is being billed even after application for cancellation. Not even a single purchase has been done on the card. They started levying some non-sense charges they want and still going on. Can anyone help, whom to contact, who can talk on behalf of customers, who can save against this dishonest behaviour looting customers and causing mental trauma and suffering? Is there a way we can file case so that atleast other customers can be saved from being fooled and looted?

I'm experiencing lot of trouble from very beginning as I got this card.
My credit card number [protected] is being billed, though not even a single purchase has been done on the card.

Without any acknowledgment of mine Reliance Health Policy Charged was applied. Even after cancellation of that policy the bank asked to pay the premium. While I complained, The Bank assured me to take care of this matter but after a few days again same thing repeated.
I sent so many mails to the BANK but all in vain.
I’m experiencing a terrible thing now days. In spite of payment of the amount for a holiday offer did not received any paper or anything from the BANK, but getting calls in regular interval asking to pay rest of the amount


Due to these frustrating service & harassment continuously from ABN AMRO I want to surrender my credit card as soon as possible.

So please help me by providing details so that I can I surrender my card as soon as possible.

This fraud bank has charged balance tranfer of Rs 20000.00 before i got my credit card through courier. How can one be so stupid, without making first transection I saw my online account is dabited by 20 k = processing fee.
I hope all those reading this will not proceed for such card.
I am a customer of ABN Amro Credit Card # [protected]

On 23rd July 2007 my vault was stolen. I didnot realise the loss till next day morning 9.30 AM. On realising that i lost all my debit and credit cards. I tried to lock my

cards with respective banks. Around 10 AM i informed ABN ambro and blocked
my Credit Card. But till then someone has already used my Credit Card for some 1200 odd
rupees. I spoke to the CSE who gave me assurance that this amount would not

be billed to me. Would be reversed back to my account. The charge slips against this amount is not signed by me.

I have been following up the bank since then as they were constantly calling me to pay the bill. I had told them that it was a fraud case and requested them to help me. Mr Vinod Sood has been coordinated with in this regard. On 10/09/2007 he as sent me a mail assuring me that the amount would be credited back to my account after receiving the FIR copy and signed complaint letter from me which i mailed it to him.

Since then July 23, 2007 i have not done any transaction. Now suddently i have noticed that bank has deducted Rs 1, 963.89 against credit card payment on 12/05/2008 from the account i hold with them without informing me. Further since it has the minimum balance of Rs5000/- they have further deducted Rs 561.80 for three months i.e., may, june and july.

I request you to kindly help me. As per my knowledge any transaction done by me on the credit card has to be duly signed my me. Since these charge slips were not signed by me and i have an FIR registered with the details should not be held for the payment of this money.

I need all my money to be credit in my account by the bank.

This is to bring into your notice that at the time of applying the Credit Card of ABN Amro i was told that there is no membership fees involved in your credit card but few days back I received a courier stated to pay Rs. 668.29 against membership fees for my credit card.
When even I call on ABN Amro call centre no. and requested to cancel my card or any other info. I have told that server is down any I should call later.
Please help me out for coming out of this situation.
This is with my new credit card reference number[protected]. After expiry of my old credit card no.[protected] exp date 07/07 I didnt receive my new credit card. I have been receiving the statment every month with out my credit card. This is totally unacceptable. As its been a big organisation they cannot even know that the customer has received the new credit card. I have called the customer care regarding this 4 times that I am receiving the statements every month without receiving the credit card, they told that they will take the request and ensure that the card reaches you in 10 days time, still now we didnt received the credit card. Today I am really shocked to receive notice from the advocate of the bank and forcing me to pay Rs.8932.45 immediately. I just want to know in what basis they have charged me this amount without receiving my credit card. Also I need full details from the beginning. I need the clarification from the bank that how this amount came without using the credit card.
Please look into it and do the needfull
