we were acc dealers .but sorry to inform u that we got used (second hand ) philips aquagauard in scheme started by u acc lakshya. i had registered complaint with philips consumer forum complaint no.435861 on 7-10-10 . nothing is being done . they are telling me to call acc office. i never thought such a big company can do such petty things . before this i never had any problems with our gifts.this was informed at your haldwani office also. photo cop[y of courrie reciept was also given at your haldwani office. I can give u much detail of haul of duplicate cement in siliguri area .each and every company cement are there .But u have too take a action about them.

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that I have procured 22 bags cement of the ACC brand from local cement shop owned by Sri Uday Mondal of NatunPukur Bazar, Berugram, PO Chandipur Berugram, PS Khandaghosh, Dist Purba Budwan, W.B PIN 713142 and used to make an electric pole, After curing 17 days I have found that several cracks have developed on its surface and also noticed that the surface of the pole is being decayed when a hard material is rubbed on its surface. It is also found that when we scratch the surface even by using our nail of a finger the surface becomes uneven and dust is coming out of it.
under the circumstances, you are humbly requested to make an enquiry into the matter and to find out the reasons that led to my agony, financial loss and risk to human life and property likely to arise from any future accident due to damage of the pole and loss of image of your brand.
I do hereby appeal to you to take appropriate action so that the loss of my money and energy is compensated as per the established rules of our country in this regard.
I shall be highly obliged if my prayer is considered duly.
