We have bought 50 packets of ACC plain cement from Raj Laxmi Traders - Pahadiya Agencies PVT LTD" Address : Kankarbagh Main road, patna -800020. The quality the cement is bad and are old packets. We have complaint to the agency but they denied to return back. I would request to please take the needful action to get it return back with new packet and good quality cement.

I have used acc f2r cement to my roof casting after Dishutering little bit rain has came in I found there are many leakage please need costumer support. Total I used 167 number of bag cement.
Kindly look into it.

BUSINESS MISCONDUCT AND EXPLOITATION BY ACC CEMENT SEHORE (MADHYA PRADESH) SALES TEAM

After ACC Sehore (Madhya Pradesh) Area Manager Mr Raghvendra Visit and consultation for dealership, he confirmed to prepare all the documents and DD in favor of ACC LTD, all the docs and DD were arranged and on his confirmation Inauguration of Dealership counter was also scheduled but just before Inauguration ( Cards were distributed on his confirmation) he suddenly stopped responding to the calls and he didn’t deliver the bags as committed earlier.

Mr Raghvendra who was coordinating with us and assuring us to start the business stopped responding and efforts of my father who is an old man went in vain, he was very enthusiastic about the business and left embarrassed in front of community and customers, apart from this, time, energy and mental peace has been ruined for 2 months and even after such misconduct the damage has not been compensated

Post highlighting the matter to RM Bhopal Mr Ashutosh Bajpayee he confirmed to resolve the issue but after weeks of lingering no solution provided and post his recent visit( after endless follow ups) he asked us to shift the dealership to other location if want to work with ACC cement

Would request ACC cement management to conduct free, fair and unprejudiced investigation in this matter (All the communications records -Written and call records are available at our end)

I bought acc hpc cement from an authorised seller at karimpur, Nadia on 9.04.2022 for plastering work of my newly constructed building.but some 30 bags of cement are found bad quality.so i informed the company, they came and collected the sample but after so much excuses, today the acc Engineer namely Mr. Aloke gave us the report that the cement is all right.but till now my plastering work of some portion is not frozen, rather coming out from the wall.now i am facing with the lose of almost 5 lacks.please do something.

Dear sir, I am railway contractor and purchasing cement under non trade cement from your Bhopal office through Mohd. Ajam khan ph no [protected] email ID- mohammad.[protected]@acclimited.com. for the under bridge work at Hoshangabad (MP) . He has supplied 500 bags less against the payment made in advance, To justified his supply he is presenting fake receipts which is not seal and signed by my authorized staff. please return the amount for the same.

I purchased Acc cement bags from my local village and constructed septic tank, water tank and its lintel on[protected]. But the lintel got cracked just after making it.please inquire into the matter. In case of default of quality of cement, actual cost of construction work may be compensated.

With our past experience o[censored]sing ACC cement, which was at its best, initially ordered for 100 bags of cement. It was agreed that delivery will be free of cost. After unloading the stock, which was about 90 feet from the lorry, they demanded Rs. 15.00 per bag as unloading charges. After heated arguments, finally they took Rs. 1000.00 I.e., Rs. 10.00 per bag.
Field officers joined hands with laborers are so negligible at that point of time.
Delivery taken at Kosar, Kosar District 563101, KARNATAKA STATE.
Please take necessary steps to resolve the issues in this regard. Or else, these people will spoil the reputation of company.

I user acc power for my linter of roof top, it already has been done on 26th of august and almost 10 day done but still that is not setting.

Please review and do the needful as soon as possible.

The trader took more than mrp for the cement 50 rps higher than the mrp...

Acc cement hpc is very bad because my roof hesitated to use the bad quality of cement. I wasn't know about the cement. When i call engineer the engineer was not accepted his mistake

I am acc authorised dealer in batala, gurdaspur (Punjab) known as sonu cement and paint store. I have been dealing with acc company near about six year. However suddenly they stop over supply without any reason. We are facing alot of probleums due to this happen. By this our customers are also getting disturb to us. So please sought out our issue imidately.

The cost of ACC wadi cement is printed on the Bag is Rs.355/- But almost all the dealers taking Rs.365/- and above . why it happens? I can submit this complaint to Prime Ministers Complaint Cell But not doing, because I like ACC wadi cement as I know that this Cement is much stronger than any other. For concrete purpose I am always using this cement.

i have used ACC F2R for roof construction and bought around 130 bags from your authorised distributor M/S INDIA TRADER, at muzaffarpur in Bihar.
i found cracks and even water leakage after 5 month of construction in several part of my house.i lodge a complain to india trader and he assured that company engineer will visit within 2 days.but yet after 10 days, daily follow up with INDIA TRADER, No one has turned to check why this occur.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.After all its the credibility of company brand and company.

please dont purchase acc and ambuja cements.these are the worst quality cement, i ve ever seen.they launches extra roof, gold+, extra solid, etc types names.these are making the nation fool.if they really provide good quality then why dont they provide grade cement and write on the bag like 43grade or 53grade.
i think JK cement 43 and 53 grade are best cement.they write grades on the bags as truth.

I have purchased near about 300 bags of F2R cement from your dealer. The construction of my house is undergoing and RCC is about to be complicated within a week to come. I have asked several time to your technical experts of acc cement works, Bargarh, Odisha to guide me for the purpose of the use of the cement at different stages. No one came forwarded to help me rather they did not responded to me. Thereafter I spook to customers care who assured to provide technical assistance.Again being help less I wrote letters to Head Office Calcutta.
NO RESPONSE.
I am surprised whether the customer case has become limited to dealer care.

I used Concrete + Cement as a best quality cement, as advised by the ACC advisory, but plastering after 3 months, I found plenty of cracks on exterior walls of whole house bcoz of its hardness. when we use it for plastering it will get soon harder, dry and forms cracks. I complained the ACC help line about this and in response to that the advisers visited the site and said it is due to wind over the house, i said it is happened every where...

Dear Sir, We Have Bought 300 Bags Of Acc+ Cement. To Build A Boundary Wall, The Wall Collapsed And Came Down With The Little Wind Pressure. In The Village Where The Boundary Wall Was Built, None Of The Hut Was Collapsed Due To Wind Pressure, But The Wall Which Was Made By Acc Cement, That Also Best Quality Of Cement As Claimed By Company That Only Collapsed. Acc Cement Is Nothing But The Fly Ash Which Comes Out Of The Plants, The Quality Of The Cement Is Very Bad. Hereby My Claim Yo The Company Is To Reinstallate My Wall. If The Huts Made With A Simple Mud Can Sustain The Wind Pressure Then So Called Cement Would Have Been Much Better Then The Mud. In This Case It Has Proved To Be Inferior Then Mud. Hereby I Recommend To All My Fellow Man / Women Not To Use Acc Cement For Their Construction Purpose; It Is Merely A Mixture Of Mud, Ash And Lime Powder. They Don’t Give The Composition In Their Bags, And Cheat The Customer. Herby Cheat The Entire Nation.

last month I bought to ACC Cement from Authorized dealer off ACC; I got 3 bags acc cement that is complete useless cement, for that I loss my 3000 rupees for using that. I had complain to consumer care of acc to MR. Kedar Yadav (+91 [protected]) He register a complain and visit to home side and after 10 days reply me cement is good your worker(Labor) is not well in doing work.

So please Register a Complain Against ACC Cement and kindly help me out get my loss .

i had purchased ACC Cement 150 bags for my home slab, from randhawa cemen store, mehta chowk , distt amritsar, punjab after removal of shuttering water penetrating below, i called acc help team but they blamed contractor, this case again happened with stair cse, after that they confirmed about sub standard acc cement, they told us to file complaint against that dealer . we can not help you regarding this.
i was surprised that they dont have care about their product, i am working abroad, hardly build my house , but not sure whether it will be safe for my family or not.

I had purchased 2 bags of ACC Super cement from a retailler Sonu cement Store in Adra, Dist. Purulia West bengal few days back .I found it to be either defective or duplicate. I complained to one Mr. Aasis of ACCHELP regarding my boubts. He came n found that it was duplicate, I also handed him a packet of the cement which he took for testing, I produced the purchase bill n the empty Bags. But to my surprise even after being confirmed about the fake cement packed in original bags he had no concrete answere to my grivance.
I want to know, dose the company has nothing to do even after getting confirmed that Gross amount of duplicacy is been carried on by a shopkeeper and the Image of ACC is been tarnished openly.
When a consumer is complaining about a case of cheating being run by petty shop keeper in the name of ACC why no action has been taken in last 7 days?
