Accel Frontline — Product not replaced and delay in service | |||
I gave my Transcend 8GB Micro SD card in Accel frontline service center (in Nehru place, New Delhi) as I cannot cut,copy,paste,add,delete or format it.. nd now (after 36 days) its (status) is showing: "Blocked for allocation- Escalated items" (see d attachment). I dont know what does it mean..???? nd also y der is such a delay in replacing product.. I hv kingston's product as well... dey replace it hand 2 hand... Not known — Delay of service
My computer was not giving me display.I contacted a local computer cafe & after analysis they said that its a motherboard problem.I sent my cabinet with them.After 15 days they gave me my cabinet on payment of Rs.850/-but I still had problems with it.It was sent again.now after 1.5 months they say its still being worked upon.they said that if they are unable to repair they will return the money.now i've been told to confirm the details on tuesday, 11/08/09.I told them if not possible to repair don't keep me waiting return me my board.When asked about the refund they say that if I don't give them more time they will not return me the money.I don't have any written document in this regard.Please help.guide me what to do.
