Buffalo helpline is associated with ACCEL FRONTLINE in india to handle product replacements and repairs.

Buffalo in US when contacted says that indian department is independent of the US and we can't do anything to help you.

Accel Frontline has promised replacement once the product arrives. which feels like never. its been 2 months. when I spoke to the helpline last and asked them to let me have a word with their superior. They bluntly refused saying they are in a meeting.
I also asked them for a complaint no. where I can share my thoughts. NONE existed.

If anyone knows of a complain no. please do update me on this. appreciate it.

I don't know any complain no but i am willing to spend some money on consumer court rather than taking their fraud, it doesn't look like they will ever respond to any complaints.

    I had given my Transcend 16GB Pen Drive on[protected]. The Call ID. No. is 062DW. I was told that the pen drive would be return in 60 days. Now almost 3 months later they are saying that they have recently stopped servicing for Transcend devices and so it will be delayed. Also they are avoiding my calls. I have called them more than 8 times today and they haven't responded and also I have found the line busy twice implying that the office is working and call are being attended to. Please help me get my device.
    ya same with me...Please tell me...I[censored] will get any idea

      I gave my Transcend 8GB Micro SD card in Accel frontline service center (in
      Nehru place, New Delhi) as I cannot cut,copy,paste,add,delete or
      format it.. nd now (after 36 days) its (status) is showing:

      "Blocked for allocation- Escalated items" (see d attachment).

      I dont know what does it mean..???? nd also y der is such a
      delay in replacing product.. I hv kingston's product...

      Hi,

      I had submitted my phone(sony erricson Ray) on 21st march 2013 for repairs to Accel frontline ltd,D/16,4th Floor,Commerce center,Near AC market,Tardeo Road, Mumbai-400034.
      The job id number:W[protected].
      The phone is under warranty.
      I have still not received my phone after repairs.The vendor person(Mr.Parab-[protected]) is giving number of reasons for not giving my phone on time after repairs.
      I am frustrated with Accel Frontline and also with Sony for giving such bad customer support.

        I had given my Transcend 32 GB Micro SD card for replacement on 08th Dec 2012 at Accel FrontLine limited, 601-604 Ashok Bhawan, Nehru Place - New Delhi - 110019
        and my Call ID is TSCBFJ[protected]DW. The representative said to collect after 30 days.

        After one month i called at the given number in the receipt acknowledgement they said the replacement has not arrived to call after 15 days.

        after a 15 days they told me that replacement is still not available to call again after 15 days.

        Again after calling 15 days they said to call again after 15 days it is still not in stock.

        Again after a couple of days they provided me phone no: of head office in Chennai[protected], I called there but no response.

        After calling them more than 20 times more than 3 months have passed, and i am still waiting for my 32 GB Micro SD.

        It is a total inefficiency on your part to provide timely services to customers.

        If I do not get my product replaced immediately i shall have to take the matter to court of law for which you will be responsible solely
        and any expenditure arising out of this shall be your responsibility.

        i m having complaint regarding my seagate hard disk. as i have already repaired it thrice from accel frontine in nehru palace. as the newly purchased 500 GB hard disk was not detected so i repaired it from there. but being thricly repaired still the problem continues so i kindly request u to pls replace my hard disk with a new one. i would be grateful to you i[censored] do so. i[censored] find my complaint valid pls contact on the below information.

            Hi,

            I would like to complain against Accel Frontline Services Company based out of Pune.

            I had given two Belkin routers to Accel Frontline services. One of them, I had bought a router on the 2nd week of Oct, and within a couple of days it was not working. Within a week on 20th Oct, I inquired with Accel Frontline Services, and gave them the Routers for replacement. I was told that the replacement would come within 5 - 6 working days and I would be intimated by mail / sms. That was okay with me.

            However two weeks passed, and, I got no response about the status, nor was the site updated with the status. It states - "Waiting for Allocation".

            I then dropped a note to "[protected]@belkin.com" inquiring about the same.

            I then got a response that the stock was not available and would be available by 20th Nov. I am still not clear whether 20th Nov is the date when I would get the router or would it be further delayed.

            I was very unhappy with the response. I requested that atleast one router could be made available before that and what was the mode of complaining further to the management. I have not received any response till date. The status on the site btw is still "Waiting for Allocation"

            I have the following issues.

            1. No where while buying the product was I told that the ETA (turn around time) for replacement would be a full calendar month (20th Oct - 20th Nov).
            2. Why was I told that the replacement Routers would be available with 5-6 days. Wrong expectation should not be set.
            3. Why was I not itimated about the delay through email/sms?
            4. Why is Belkin technical support not responding to my follow up mails.


            The reference Ids are BKNPUN[protected]DW and BKNPUN[protected]DW.

            Overall the service from Accel Frontline has been pathetic atleast on this instance.

            I would request Belkin to introspect. Seeing this service, I would never recommend Belkin products to any one forget about buying one.

              i purchased gigabyte motherboard since 21/3/2011
              GA-880GM-UD2H ( 3 year warranty )
              from Lamigton road
              after 4 months
              board giving me problem some times display not working i have to remove and re insert the ram and graphic card i think that is the moisture issue
              i am clean my board in 2 months period but
              suddenly its getting problem since September 2012
              i submit my that shop i purchased
              after 25 days they give me other board but that is not working issue is blue screen
              that shopkeeper said me go to the andheri service center at sakinaka
              i submit borad on that service center after 20 days that give me board
              i cheek the board is damage that boards first p2p and USB pin is damage that slot is half broken
              i not accepting board but that mat said u have to go Bombay center AC.market they give u replace
              i am gone there but they are not perfectly responding any questions perfectly after this i called at Bangalore service center they manage with that service center after this they i said i want new broad but they not giving me new board

                    I submitted my Sony Ericsson SK17i handset in Jul 28 2012 for Touch not working fault. Till today they have not returned the handset fixed. Whenever asked they say they have not received the required parts. Also they dont attend the calls. When ever they feel like attending to a call they respond to the rings.
                    The Branch Manager also is not responsible and yesterday he promised me that he would make a call back to update on the status but till 12 i didnt receive a call back. And from 10 AM today I am trying to reach them but the number renders no response. When I spoke to him at 12 he promised he would give a call back to update me by 2PM today and now it is 3:15 PM and no call till now. Why such a lethargic behaviour from the company??
                    Why should they be called as Authorised dealers for Sony Ericsson services when they cannot resolve a touch issue even after 1 month and 12 days time. The main concern is not responding properly when our product is in their hands. Such an irresponsible attitude towards customers.
                    Is really Sony Ericsson service support this bad or is it these people who make it look bad.???
                    Atlast I got my hand set after 2 long months on 29 Sep. Its been only a week now and again seeing issues in the handset. Hopeless job with the service centre and SE service too.. Totally disappointed with the way SE CC and SE works.

                      I've purchased a 1GB DDR1 RAM from New Computer House, SP Road, Bangalore.

                      When I connected the same in my machine in the very first time, I came to know that it is not working. I went and checked with the merchant for the replacement.

                      He asked me to contact Accel Front Line for the replacement. I gave the same on 6th February'12 for replacement (Call Id:TSCBET[protected]DW) as it has warranty. I've met the branch Manager and explained my problem too. She said that it may take minimum 45 days. I really don't know the reason for the delay. I'm really frustrated.

                      I've sent many mails regarding the replacement but they have not responded. I really don't know whether it's delay from Accel Frontline or from Transcend India.

                      This has given me a good lesson to avoid Transcend product in the future.

                      The same thing happened in my case also, i gave the 5 DDR 3 RAM on 09-Mar-2013 for replacement..

                      Almost two month gone still no response from their end. i am running my 1.5 lak system with 2 GB ram instead of 12 GB

                      i am going to buy new one(Not at all Transcend RAM) otherwise i will loos all my freelancer project due to this

                          ACCEL FRONTLINE offers online warranty management service for many companies like seagate,transcend etc. I need to replace my external harddisk of seagate which is under warranty. But before that I need to register myself as a new customer in the website 'http://myservice.accelwms.in/Master_CustomerEdit.aspx' which will provide me a customer id and I need to submit that customer id to the seagate service center. I have been trying to register in the website since last one hour but the captcha just keeps repeating when I press the register button,it wont go forward even when there is no error in the filled form. Its an urgent requirement as the warranty validity of my hard disk will expire soon,accel frontline , please look into the matter.

                            I had submitted my Seagate hard disk for repair/replacement (under warranty) to Accel Frontline kolkata and after a few days they informed me that my hard disk had been repaired. The problem with the HDD was that it was producing a screeching sound after running for a few minutes and my computer would freeze. When I connected my repaired HDD to my computer, to my horror I found that they did not repaired it at all and my problem has been exaggerated. It is causing more trouble now rendering it useless. How can they be so careless about their job and responsibilities??

                              It is with utmost despair and confusion that i am writing this to you. The product and the after sales service that i receive from segate is the worst ever experienced by me on any of the products i use. I had registered my complaint with segate a month ago ,the online warrnty registration asked me to sent the product to your India service partner in Chennai,(Accel frontline sevices),when I contacted them they directed me to their local service center here in calicut ,kerala.I handed over the product to them and they registered it, but even after a month there was no feedback on the product. When i phoned them up today they are telling me that the product is not under warranty and cannot be replaced .I dont understand what logic that is. I would also add that the after sale service offered by this partner of yours in India is pathetic and way below par when compared to other products in market.

                                  I had given my sony ericsson t700 handsfree for replacement on april 16th 2011 at 03:59 pm. They had informed me that it will take one week for the replacement of handsfree for which I had agreed. They also told me that I will get a call from their side but till today I have not recieved any call from them. Whenever I call them, they keep telling me that it will take some more days. Today 15 days are over though they are unable to give me the replacement.

                                    I have purchase Seagate 500GB Sata Harddisk from "Cost to Cost", Nehru Place, Delhi Invoice No "D-RI/4766" on 4Dec2008. HDD had 5 years warranty. www.costtocost.in [protected]@airtel.in

                                    I verified online http://support.seagate.com/warranty and product was in warranty till 10-Sep-2013

                                    Country : India

                                    My Harddisk got faulty and raised RMA at seagate website and it clearly showed it to be under warranty. I packed HDD and send it to their chennai office for replacement.

                                    To my surprise I get email saying that HDD is not under warranty as it "NOT VALID INDIA DRIVE". So I make my own courier arrangement to collect these drives from my pocket within 30day.

                                    Seagate and ACCEL is making fool by not giving warranty after sales. If they did not wished to give warranty then why on their website said that its still under warranty and send to Chennai for replacement. I have lost my Hard disk and even paid courier charges.

                                      2 years ago. I have resigned the company. I submitted form for pf (Provident fund) and all the required documents to head-office (Chennai) in this company. Did many calls to hr office (Chennai and delhi) for my pf enquiry but still my pf is not credited to my given account no.

                                      My pf no. Is, mh/33729/38492 & form sent by company on, 10/09/2010.

                                      Sir, i want my pf.

                                      Kindly do the needful.

                                      Now days people are not even getting their full salary.
                                      All the Senior people including director, VP are fraud. they make false promises.

                                      You are luck that you left it.
                                      Accel Frontline is a big fraud company.

                                      They hire you and send you onsite at client location but wont pay you the promised salary. You may even be pay from your own pocket for your expenses. once you reached onsite HR/director will even stop taking your calls or replying to your emails.

                                      They just want money from your hard earn salary. They will pay almost 50% or less from the promised and you can not fight with them.

                                      You had no choice rather leaving the job, so as long you are working in the company (did not find a new job) they will enjoy the benefit.

                                      This company is bloody cheat. Save your self and do not join it

                                      I have submitted my infocus mobile in accel frontline service center on 14/03/2016 but still its not repaird i think both company are cheat with customer infocus as well as his service provider accel frontline
