[Resolved]  Acme Infotech — Fraud

To Jayendra Chothani, YOgesh PAtil and Pragna Chothani----

1. The data that you provided for entry in the form are irrelevant. Most of the states and their Zip codes do not match and in this case how come you can ask a service provider to do data entry for the
irrelevant data if the data itself is wrong. There are different zip codes for a city of a same state.

2. The company names are just names extracted from Medical sales pro Project and those companies has nothing to do with telecom database and hence the company name also irrelevant to the process that you outsourced.

3. There is no phone model as Motorola-Rqzr at all in the market but this is a model mentioned in the data.

4. Customer Type is being extracted from Auto sales project and this is not unique.

5. Residence type is also from Auto sales project

6. Agent number again from Medical Sales Pro project and it has only 13 values repeated.

With every field when checked for originality nothing is original and all the details are fake. Apart from all these, if we have to enter the invoice of a customer in a software how come a scanned image of invoice will get continued to next image? So this clearly shows that all data are being typed in Word or any text application and made into 2 columns and then converted to jpg or pdf format and sent to centers for data entry and thereby cheating them and taking the money as upfront.

With all these details checked I am not interested to continue further with your project and wherever your project campaign is posted in linked-in or any other website, I will clearly mention everything point by point and see to that nobody else get cheated.

With such irrelevant data you are cheating us and eating centers money.

You guys are encrypting the data in mdb file using Base64 and rejindale encryption and you give QC report as you wish so as to escape from paying even if the centers give you accuracy for the irrelevant data you provided.

You have no First Party client and its only you who makes profit every time by getting upfront from centers.

As per above Complaints if this firm have any kind of proof that Acme Infotech is fraud then prove it. Acme Infotech gave him a chance to rework but this firm is not achieved their Q.C. parameters according to Agreement. It is clearly mentioned in the Agreement that if the Client is not achieved accuracy level as per agreement then Agreement will be terminate and Security Deposit will not be refund. This Client is now blackmailing us that if we give them second chance for rework then they remove this complaint. So, it is automatically prove that this Client is telling lie and he is not achieved his accuracy as per the agreement. For the rework it's also mentioned in the Agreement that rework will be provided only one time in a month and we gave them this chance but they don't achieved accuracy. This site is open and anybody can make their complaints without any proof against any company.

Yogesh patil, jeyandran chotani, these two people are fraud and the project from them is fake. so dont take the project from them. and they will give reference and they too are also fraud. and they are from kohlapur. dont waste the time.

Acme is a fraud company. they will cheat without any hesitation.
they will find errors that are totally irrelevant. like space after a word. Eg : "King " they are saying is an error.
we gave almost 100% accurate work and they said space at the end is also error.

I was shocked to come across such fraud practices being followed and fooling tactics used against such innocent people who already had awful experiences and burnt their hands into it. I was just saved from this because of some kind man who though went through al this but his kind review helped me save my pockets from these loosers. I would not like to take the persons name unless he gets his SD amount back. LOOOSERS ACME! get a life Mr.Patil
