[Resolved]  Activa — shocker problem

Dear sir,
as your product demand is good and everything is good i have buyed a activa in the year 2010 from one of your dealers from hathras i.e from s.s autos by chance he has windup the dealership and it is shifted to elite honda.now the problem is that he is not ready to change the shockers of my activa and he is saying that get it changed from the dealer from where you have buyed and he is saying that i dont have permit to change the parts in warranty.sir now you just tell me what type of customer satisfaction is your dealer providing to us if he is not listening to customer problem.
