I have purchased Activa Geyser. The the geyser is not working. The hot water is not coming at all. I have already complaint twice but no action is taken against this fraudulent company. Therefore i need full refund as soon as possible as its under warranty of 5years. I have attached the invoice and warranty card for your reference. I expect that i get reply from your end soon or else I have to take appropriate action at the Consumer forum....

Suddenly my bike stopped while i was going out for some personal work so i decided to drop my bike there and came back with mechanic to identify and solve the issue.
At that time i got a message of echallan of 1500 kindly remove the fine as it was not my intention to park my bike...

Being Japanese company and that so renowned earlier Japanese companies were not tolerating bad word (complaints) about their companies as they were so ethical and responsive to customer.
