Sir, I have submitted my complaint earlier and have not responded. Being Japanese company and that so renowned earlier Japanese companies were not tolerating bad word (complaints) about their companies as they were so ethical and responsive to customer. Now my experience is so bad that they are so unresponsive that Honda is not listening to the customer. Your dealer are much beyond that. Even they are not responsive to customer they always fooling. I have written to you earlier that Shri Nilesh bhai, Manager of CR Scooters ( your dealer and service center) at Vadodara when my daughter went there Was this information helpful? | |||

Reaching to you is also very difficult as there is no phone, on service book and website even. your dealers like CR Scooters are GOD like. God never listen, HE never say yes or no.

I have very deep routed anger against you as there are some defects in scooters, which has not been rectified by CR Scooter yet and not even ready to do.
