From :- NITIN BALU BHOSLE C-5/5, H.E.M.R.L (DRDO) COLONY, NEAR NDA ROAD, PASHAN PUNE – 411021 TO, Consumer court Sub : - Complaint against Provident Fund Trust Office I the undersigned was working with M/S ADECCO FLEXICON PVT. LTD. From 03 sep 2010 to 22 march 2011. Adecco Flexicon have committed a fraud with me with my provident fund . M.s Adecco Flexicon have are generated two Providant Fund A/c numbers for one individual i.e. the undersigned1) Sr nos : KN/BN/34272/359545 2) KN/BN/ 34272/ 368566 both the Accounts under my name , due to this reason Adecco Flexicon claim that they are unable to give my pf. I will appreciate if your good office will help me in the best suited manner to ensure that I get me dues from the PF Office and also that such incidents are not repeated and simple common persons are not cheated. I have been made to make frequent visits since the last 24 number of months by Adecco Flexicon with regular false hopes that I will get my PF Dues but now that there are two accounts in my name I know that I am being cheated and require your help.
