Adecco Flexione Workforce Solution Ltd. — non recipient of esi card

i'm working in the payrole of adecco flexione workforce solution ltd.located in126 hazra road kolkata-26 since june 2007 and still i have not got my ESI card, i have called and met them several times but of no use.i'm in urgent need of medical attention and i'm in no position to spend that mush money.every month they deduct RS-140 from my salary.so please help me i need urgent medical attention
