I had sent my PF withdrawal form to Chandigarh Office alsmot 2 motnhs back as on date no confirmation have been receicved.
I just had a chat with Anil ( Adecco Employee Bahu Plaza) regarding PF withdrawal. As per him he confirmed that other forms of associate TATA employee has been deposited to PF office Jammu except mine. He saying that the slip is missing.
Request you pl have a look and get the needful done at the earliest. So that my PF withdrawal form can be submitted to PF office Jammu.

I was an Ex-employee of your esteemed institution from the year 2004 to 2006.
I joined Air France on 13th October, 2004 as a Trainee, I worked as a trainee with Air France
till 31st March, 2005.
After that I was put on the Pay Rolls of Adecco from Ist April, 2005 while I was working with Air France, I am retaining all my Pay Slips, Appointment Letter etc. for that period.
I resigned from my job from Air France in May, 2006, During this period of my working on the Pay Rolls of Adecco the company name Adecco has been changed to Flexione.
Several Times I visited the Flexione Office at Green Park, New Delhi to receive my Employee's Provident Fund due and contacted the concerned person Tarun. After sometime I got to know that the company has been shifted to Bangalore.
I also visited the PF Office several times but are saying to write to Adecco (Flexione).
Kindly help me by suggesting me what further step I can take to reterive my Provident Fund for the period 13th October, 2004 to May, 2006 and oblige.

This is Ranjith A R from Koperkhairane navi Mumbai, I need some enquiry of my provident fund status .actually I was worked with your company before 6 years back as a canteen in charge in INFO MEDEIA INDIA LIMITED NERUL and then after me resigned my job and go es abroad, my questing is how can I get my provident fund amount ?.I don't have my P F number but the same time I have my company old agreement.
