Adexmart.com — Not yet get the product even after 1 month

I WAS ORDERED A SAMSUNG GALAXY MUSIC DUOS MOBILE PHONE THROUGH ADEXMART.COM ON 12/01/2013, ORDER NO :059434. ACCORDING TO THEM THEY DISPATCHED IT THROUGH SPEED POST ON 18/01/2013, C/N NO ET[protected]IN. BUT AFTER 19TH JANUARY NO FURTHER STATUS IS SHOWING BY SPEED POST TRACKING SYSTEM. MANY MANY TIMES I WAS CONTACTED TO ADEXMART BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. JUST 3DAYS BACK I CALLED IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO BUT THEY ARE AVOIDING THE ISSUE AND ALL OTHER STAFFS WERE LAUGHING IN THE BACKGROUND AND GIVEN ME SPEED POST TOLL FREE NO TO DO FOLLOWUP. IS IT MY DUTY? STILL I TALKED WITH SPEEDPOST AND THEY SAID THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE PARCEL HAS TO CONTACT AND SHOW THE C/N COPY TO THE POST OFFICE MY 8875 RS IS BLOCKED WITH THEM FROM LAST 1 MONTH. THEY NEITHER RE-DISPATCHING THE PRODUCT NOR REFUNDING MY MONEY. IF THE PARCEL IS LOST/DAMAGED BY POST OFFICE THEN ITS THE DUTY OF ADEXMART TO DO FOLLOWUP AND REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME NEW PRODUCT. BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHNG
