[Resolved]  Adishwar — not giving correct information

Good Evening Sir/Madam

this is to bring to your notice that executives and the staff at the Banjarahills Branch in Hyderabad of Adishwar Electro World have been giving me a false information about the delivary of my Fridge which i have taken on Sunday the 12th Day of September, 2010. void Bill no 4010-531

i have been informed at the time of booking that my fridge would be delivered at around 4pm on monday the 13th day of September, but even after my continous pursuance with your staff my fridge have not been delivered to me till this minute(2130hrs),

i have spoken with Mr. Laxmi Nararayana the Manager for the Branch and he has informed me to take any step if the fridge is not delivered by 2044hrs as such i am here with putting up my complaint at your end and also at the Complaints Cell of the Adishwar in the Adishwar Site.

Kindly do the needful and see that these people do give due respect to the customers

Its True!!
I didn't get my emi card, because of that I can't able to take other items. please accept my complaint as soon as possible.
