[Resolved]  Aditya Birla Retail Ltd — complaint against PF

this is to inform that i was in kalkaji store and resigned from the job 1 year ago

despite of submiting pf form i am still waiting .

Aditya Birla Retail Ltd — Billing address changes require

Hi I am Delhi Post paid ([protected]) customer, i am using vodafone last one year and half month around. I put a requent for change my billing address at Vodafone sote with new resident proof, but address is not updated till. When i call to customer care they told me that " Sir aap ko new address proof najdik k vodafone store me submit karna padega" while i have already submited document.

I really don't wana be so much frustrated, but unable to prevent me from that condition. Here is the praising comments...
today, I purchased some guds from ur More Store that is in Vaishali Ghaziabad. The CM no is [protected], Trans: 54647. I[censored] can view this bill then u will see that there is a billing of 2 kg.Tur Dal Standard. As per ur signages it was supposed to charge me Rs. 45/- per kg, while u charged it for Rs. 55/- per kg. I tried to solve this problem and talked to the manager on duty named Mr. Anurag. I am sorry to say that he was so rude that first time in my life i saw such a manager who is handling the retail store and he was nt at all willing to solve the problem. He was so aggressive in nature and u will also be surprised to know that in the whole conversation he didn't bother to say sorry even once and also he was nt ready to consider that this is their mistake. He never tried to satisfy me by saying some courtsey comments but he was simply saying that i[censored] want to purchase it then u will have to pay Rs. 55/- per kg else u can leave this.
I know that i[censored] loose one customer like me, it won't give u much effect, but i would like to bring it into ur kind notice that if such sort of customer service is ur standard then u will loose gud amount of customers. I am nt looking for any sort of reimbursement but one thing i would definitely say that i will endorse this to as much people as i can.

I am a clubmore member of MORE and i was supposed to get some gifts items for my purchase in june month which i have not got till today. No one is bothered to reply my mails too. Here in Kalkaji, MORE store, people are talking so harshly and not responding to us. They even switched off their phones so that we cannot contact them. what should we do? Why this type of cheating and harassing when they cannot meet customer requirements?

Aditya Birla Retail Ltd — Toilet facility for customers at Talegaon outlet

Dear Sir,

I have been a customer of your store at Talegaon since it was started. Today evening (18/9/09) when I needed to use the urinal while in your shop, I was told by the security person and supervisors that it is only for the staff and not for the customers. Manager Mr. Asif Khan was not available in the store. When I contacted him on his mobile, he said he could allow me to use the toilet but it is not for customers as per company rules. He said he can allow the customers to use the toilet on case to case basis. He also mentioned security reasons for this. Next I called your customer care and was told that there is no such rule and this usually does not happen. Later on I got a call from customer care that customers are allowed to use the toilet with permission from the staff so that they can make sure that water is available in toilet and it is clean. When I asked him whether they can put a notice with that effect he was evasive.

Now I have got few questions for you:

If customers can use the toilet why the staff does not know this? Why everyone I spoke to was perfectly sure that it is not for the customers? They happily allowed me to go away after I returned the groceries picked up from shelves and gave me all relevant numbers but kept saying it is the rule. They also provided me the complaint book but which did not have a carbon paper in it. So I could not take my copy.
Why staff has got more privilages than the customers? On what basis the manager wants to decide whether the customer is entitled to use the toilet? In what way the security of the store is threatened if customers use the toilet?
I am sure many ladies must be visiting your store everyday. Some of them must be in need to use the toilet once in a while. Do you want all of them to go to manager and ask for permission to use the toilet? Why it can't be freely available?
Why the management cannot ensure that the toilet is always clean and water is availble? Why they have to check it before customer can use it?
On behalf of customers who do not have time, energy and resources to follow up on such seemingly trivial issues, I demand that:
A notice should be put on the door that toilet is available. A sign on the toilet would be much better. All the staff should be aware that they cannot refuse the customers basic facilities.
It is no use to offer apologies and then do nothing about the root cause. If the Aditya Birla Retail cannot treat its customers humanely, why should we prefer your stores over corner shops?
I hope something is done about the issue at earliest.

Dear Dr.Vijay,
I have bit different issue with These stores, once i was shopping with my spouce and then i wanted to buy some icream but that was not properly solidified so i just passed on one comment and then the store people reacted to it saying that if you wanna buy buy the way it is.
since that day i have stopped visint their store. i have lost noting but ABstores lost business from me.
you should also do the same and a day will came you will see a big lock hanging on the store.
