[Resolved]  Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. — selling expired and rotten frozen products

I, went to More Megastore, a retail chain of M/s Aditya Birla Retail Limited on 26th Sep 2011, to purchase frozen peas under brand Al Kabeer. There I found many packs which were rotten & stinking. The packing date on the same was 8th Aug 2010 and the expiry date for the same was 8th Aug 2011. I tried to speak to the manager in charge present at that time to bring the matter under their notice, but he said
'whatever happened was wrong, but it was not their fault but of AL-Kabeer". Further a salesman from AL-Kabeer visited at my residence and he said that fault was on More Megastore's part as they were trying to clear 13 months old stock by mixing it with the fresh ones under the scheme of buy 1kg and get 500gms free, in which 1kg packs were expired.The same salesman also tried to offer me some frozen foods as bribe to not register the complaint in the consumer court. On confronting the More Megastore authorities, they blamed AL-Kabeer for the same. Now authorities of More Megastore are least interested to even apologize for the mistake and are not responding to my phone calls.

Being a regular consumer, now I wish to register a complaint against M/s Aditya Birla Retail Limited ( More Megastore, Plot - 1B3, Jaksons City Center Mall, Sector -10, Rohini West, Delhi - 110085) for selling expired, rotten, stinking frozen products by mixing it alongwith the fresh stock.

I have a proof as a video recording and some eye witnesses of the incident.
Please suggest me how should I proceed to register the case.
