Payment was successful through UPI, but they are saying due to technical glich they didn't received, I asked for reason they harshly replied and asked to pay again I have done it .

I have shopped on 1st May, 2023 at Morestore at Opp- Padmavathi park, Tirupathi for bill of Rs.633/-. Payment has been made by phonepay UPI and transaction is successful, however store staff denied that bill not generated for payment due to technical glitch. Instead they collected amount of Rs.633/- to staff personal UPI in the of Tupakula Reddy Prasad and assured to will reverse payment to my account within 7 days. However, I have approached staff for non reversal, they collected account and Transaction details for reverse. As I am a loyalty customer of more super makt since 10 years, confronting this type of non response from store, gives me displeasure. Please resolve issue.

Today I visited one of the MORE outlets situated at Niladri Vihar branch, Bhubaneswar at 9 pm. But I was denied entry into the shop by one of your staff. His behaviour was such that he tried to confront me as soon as I stepped into the shop.
Very rude behaviour

Team, This is with regards to More Store located at HB COLONY MOULALI HYDERABAD. I just went to purchase some products just now and staff said systems got stuck and they cannot proceed for billing even though the store is open. No proper response on the issue and when it would get rectified not only this several times required stock is not available at times when we check with manager of anyone they never provide proper response and this is not the first time but it happened several times when I ask for complaint registers they always say one thing that they do not maintain any complaint register rather we need to raise online complaint, not sure how the management is tracking the issues at stores, pathetic service and poor response from staff always. Please take some proper action to keep the store management available. Thank you!

I have sent a complaint mail about staff misbehaviour to [protected]@moreretail.in on 16th January 2023 but till time no one replied even no one contacted on mobile no. I have provided. This complaint was made against the staff of more shopping mall at Cannought Place, Aurangabad (Maharashtra).
Now, I came to know that if main Customer Care of this company is not capable to solve customer issues then what we expect from their staff. It was worst shopping experience at this mall that day.
Still let me know, is there any responsible person in this matter who will hear customer voice?

Today 08niv22 I have purchased a two packs of eggs in which one pack of six eggs totally spooled and germa arises and badly smelled. Kindly take this matter seriously and resolve it ASAP

I wanted to awale the offer as I received a message on WhatsApp about it. However the representative in more supermarket of Rajajinagar branch refused to give the offer. When asked they said it's for regular customers. I have been a regular customers to more for more than an year now.(this happened today- October 30, 2022)
On October 23, 2022 the representative didn't give the offer as she had already generated the bill and asked me to come next time before 31st October to get the offer.
I want to awale the offer and I can't do so then I would like to take this complaint further more.

There is one girl qorking in More, Aecs layout she has cat eyes, she is very rude to me always, if i take anything from behind she immediately comes stares at me and rearrage, when the plastic cobtainer ib qeighibg scale was wet and i bought rice in cover so i chagned the plastic box on weighibg scale. She immediately thre the out and put back the dirty wet box again, with loyd noise. She is behavibg very very rude, pla fire this lady before ahe spoils ur name

Few products have been expired and stil they are selling throw any information..

But till now[protected]:00 pm, they have not delivered provisions...

It's too bad on your part

Services of more is very very poor compared to earlier days... Rather I would say worst.

That's why you might have seen the change also... Many customers have shifted from more to other supermarkets...

When you would deliver goods?

Atleast, now you realise and change your attitude... Serve up to customers satisfaction level.

I went to More Megastorestore in Marathalki, Banglore for my groceries and after billing they charged more on my Shampoo which i bought. In reciept they charged me 290Rs but the MRP in that product was 152 Rs

Nandini curd packet is Rs.22 which is printed on the packet but Mega More charges it at Rs. 23.
This happened to me on 1 May at More store on Sarjapur main road, Bangalore.

More store at Ramaswamipalya, kammanahalli has a poor customer service.
I've visited the store 7 to 8 times. Whenever I go, I see the employees talking in regional languages very loudly without having the manner not to disturb the customers.
The lady in the counter is very rude towards the customers standing for billing. There is no proper supervision and organisation of staffs here.
Kindly look into this problem before it turns a bigger one.
More stores reputation is being spoiled by such employees.

I bought a Sunsilk shampoo on 26.02.2022 at 19:10 from More retail Agarpara which’s printed price is 198.00 but from me the 14.00 more has been taken

Today(14.2.22), I visited your More Supermarket at Dream Park, Sonarpur, Kolkata 700103 at between 2.45- 3 pm. There were 5-6 staff available. Of them, two were at two billing place at two counters. I was only customer at that time. I went to billing section manned by one Rabindra. He noticing me started counting coins from his drawer. I waited and turned around to the other counter if he can bill. That person told me he (Rabindra) will do. When Rabindra did not bother, I told I am leaving without taking items. Then only he attended me. No customer rush in store, in spite customer have to wait at whims and fancies of such staff. There is no shortage of grocery shops. Very bitter experience. How such people are given job? He could have counted the coins if he is very fond of doing so before or after clearing my bill. Lost interest to visit again. I am very dissatisfied with your services in more store. There were no staff members to guide us and few were wrong guided us and at bill counter we faced problem with the cashier. There is no feedback system in your store. The staff are very rude and not taking care the customer at all. Products were also not Available in your more store. And even security guards were very rude with customer. You are in service industry and this kind of behaviour indicates your service levels.

Sir, I have been going to purchase a hand wash from 2 days, which the printed price is 149 for 169 2(offer price), they are not updating the product from 2 days, once they told please pay 169& take it, I don't have cash, I came back, today I had bee to store, they are telling it is not for sale they are telling lies because they have not updated

Already I have send so many mail to your customer service but no one resolved my problem regarding the cheque details . I hope I'm facing lot of problem from your end . This is the worst company whose denied to solve an employee problem.
