[Resolved]  Aditya Construction Company — cancellation amount for apartment not refunded

The imperial heights was supposed to be done 3 years ago. Their crm is well trained at diffusing customer inquiries and drag on with false promises of completion 6 months at a time.

We were supposed to get possession in 2014 for Imperial heights. its a huge project delayed by almost 2 years now. They keep promising possession without installing Lights in common areas / No lifts / No sewage/No taps and other sanitary fittings.

They expect customers to spend from their pocket and get the taps/sanitary fittings done. Promises about Gas Pipeline/grills other amenities are not fullfiled.

Club house is sold to outsiders... they are charging 1 lac per flat as club membership which comes to 9Cr 80lac. However giving only 10000 sft to owners in clubhouse... Big cheaters.

Aditya Heights - heights of delaying. I strongly recommend any one not to buy from such irresponsible guy. they don't have clarity in any aspect of construction. False commitments. i am writing this feed back after survey to buy a flat in Aditya imperial heights. for now Delay and false commitments are highlighted points and will give another feedback once my friends who bought a flat there move in(may be after 2 years - i know people call this heights of hope). last 3 times when i visited i saw 3 labour working in entire block for such big tower. :) and sad thing is the customers who already brought a flat there introduced themselves as we are Aditya victims.

i wish the Aditya management see this comment and take it a positively and expedite the construction atleast from now without compromising quality as they were in the past.

Horrible company with Horrible people. I have a flat in Aditya Empress. fake promises and bad implementation. Big Lairs, Stopped pre-emi, rental scheme is a joke. according to aditya everyone is defaulter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. don't even look back. JUST STAY AWAY

If there will be any less rating I would have given it.The worst builder I have seen in my entire life. CRM dept is a bunch of jokers and they never responds to your mail.But according to them all the buyers are defaulters.After taking money from customer they took years to give agreement and customers face huge issue to get loans from bank.Anytime you will visit the site you will find only 1 or 2 guys so that everyone will feel there is some work going on.Check with welfare associations of Empress Towers, Eden Park, Imperial Heights, Silicon Heights and you will come to know about the situation and issue they are facing.Please..Please..do not buy anything from Aditya even they will give it free of cost.You never know what clause they will put in the agreement as everything is done to suite them.Management to office staff all are pathetic fellows.

Pathetic experience. I booked a flat in Silicone Heights which started in 2013 and still didn't get the possession. Initially whenever they need money they would send mails and letter and call for payment. But now they don't even care to respond to the mails. There is no status or the new date for possession.

I deeply regret investing my money on this crap project.

We booked a Flat in Aditya Capitol Heights, Hafeezpet. Builder promised to pay the Pre-Emi untill the possession. Pre-Emi is being debited from our account from past 2 months and builder is not paying the same. He is not even responding to our mails and calls. Pathetic experience..

Sridhar Bathula General Manager for Sales & Marketing Aditya Express Tower Shaikpet site and his Chamcha Abhimanyu Raj Cheated me by panning and now they are not responding my e-mails and phone calls.
any one can advice how to approach legally with their documents and amount receipts.

Note : Buyers be careful they are cheated many buyers as I have seen them in front of their office gate.

The MD is given non bailable warrent.

Just a bunch of cheaters, liers and frauds.

This is a fraud company, once you make payment you are on your own. They will stop responding and projects are getting delayed by years on years.

Stupid company and false promises...bigg cheaters
