Hi,
sir,
i have forwerde this mail to u , because no body help me case is under writen blewo,id card has been forcly keep it wid himself.(company).or no entry in office to continue my job.

Hi,
All Aegis Members.

Sub: Forcefully Termination of my services.

I m Sumit Gupta, my Sap code is 80044168,I am working as a Executive Operation in VODAFONE (UPW) process since1st Feb 2008.

My concern is that yesterday I was asked by Operation Mr. Shatrujeet Singh to give resign from services of AEGIS BPO. I asked the reason, and then I was being told that there is some issue with your DATA, so you will need to give resignation with immediate effect.

I asked them to show my DATA. They has shown me the Data, however the Data was incomplete. I then denied giving resignation as there was no issue with my Data. My manager Shatrujeet Singh then uses the following language.

“TUJHE MAIN DIKHATA HU AUR AB DEKHTA HU TU KAISE RESIGN NAHI KARTA.”

Please be notified that, they never shown my Data before this instance. How come an agent will know his Data until unless the concern person (either the TL or Manager) will not share the relevant Data with an Agent? They must share my Data if I am doing something wrong or whether I am lacking to provide best customer support to the customers.

Asking for resignation is not the solution when my Data is not complete and when there is no issue with my Data. At least you should put me on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), so I can get some time to analyse my Data and do the hard work so I can improve my performance and give the best to the company.

How can an organization ask me to give the resignation, where there is no issue with my Data. And if there is some issue with my Data and if I am not meeting the organization requirement and if I have some blunder cases like- Fatal Errors etc, then definitely you should terminate my service with immediate effect.

Can anyone answer, where can an employee go when an organization ask that employee to give the resignation forcefully? Even if you are going to terminate my services then definitely I am entitled for 90 days salary as per company policy.

If a company is running with no profit, then you are authorized to ask forcefully resignation of 250 employees as all of them may not be faulty with their Data.

Even company officials are not authorized to use unprofessional words (such words have been used by my manager and AVP.) How can they say an employee like, --MAIN TUJHE DEKH LUNGA.- MAIN TERA WHO KAR DUNGA.- MAIN TERA YEH KAR DUNGA. What is going wrong with this Organization? Can anyone answer me please? Howe can they say that- TUNE AGAR E-MAIL NAHI KI HOTI TO MAIN TERA WHO HAAL KARTA JO TU SOCH BHI NAHI SAKTA. MAIN YEH KHULE ME KEH RAHA HU. TUJHE JO KARNA HAI KAR LE.

Yesterday, when I go to office and login on time, then my AVP asked me to logout and then he has kept my Identity Card forcefully with him. How can my AVP (Debashish Ganguly) keep my Identity Card with him when my service is still active with this company? Is he authorized to keep my Identity Card with him? How can access office premises when I am not carrying my Identity Card? An Identity Card is so personal as a debit Card or a Credit card. He is not authorized to keep my official belongings with him until unless my services with this company get terminated or self resignation.

I would request the concern person to look into this matter and do the needful. If I don’t find any kind of help, then I will have no other option rather than going to Labor court and exposing this case in media. I still want to continue my services with this company so concern persons are requested to look into this matter please.

With warm regard’s
Sumit Gupta
