when i cal their ludhiana office on dated 28/03/2011 they asked that your courier was received and dispatched for bathinda by the eod 28/3/2011. when i was not received my courier till 30th march then again call their ludhiana office and they said that your shipment was not received by their ludhiana office. they make their customer fool

This is the worst service I have ever witnessed.
My parcel with docket number [protected] was picked up on Feb 6th and it is still not delivered.
They say they have misplaced it while shifting. What more "professionalism" can you expect.
I suggest AFL to stop looting customers and shut down their service.

I agree, it due to some people, the organisation get blame.
I order some three from flipkart.com on 20/09/2011. out of the these plipkart send me one of the item through OVERNITE EXPRESS Courier and other two to AFL Courier. on 25/09/2011 OVERNITE Express Courier delivered my item. but still AFL Courier did not deliver my item more than 15 days. my Tracking ID is[protected]. when i inquire to my local branch office of AFL. they give poor response to me that my item can deliver me after half a month later. thats all. I want to say that the flipkart team not to use AFL courier for shipment. thanks
I REGRET TO INFORM THAT ON 5TH DECEMBER, 2011 I BOOKED ONE WINDOW AC FROM JALANDHAR BY ONE POINT LOGISTIC SOLUTION VIDE DOCKET NO OF AFL IS[protected] TO KOLKATA BUT TILL DATE THAT CONSIGNMENT NOT YET RECEIVED AT KOLKATA.
WE HAD SEVERAL DISCUSSION WITH MR.J.SINGH OF JALANDHAR (MOBILE NO- [protected]) AFL SEVICE BUT HE IS TELLING LIES TO US EVERY DAY
WE HAVE ALREADY PAID RS 2300/ FOR THE SERVICE, WE LOST OUR FAITH ON AFL & WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO AFL COURIER.
