I have made a payment of 4700 Rs to Aforeserve.Com. LTD, Noida on 12th October 2009 for renewal of HP CAREPACK for my laptop. I have still not got the Carepack Certificate from them. I am repeatedly trying to contact them through mail & through phone and they are not responding.

i thnk above complaint is genuine...i had d same problem..but hp care helped me to contact afforeserve
..the working no is..[protected]...after this just press the extension 776.a.lady will pck up the fone n she will definately solve ur problem..as she solved mine..n currently m enjoying my extended warrenty...hope this help u...as i suffered lot of problem in finding this no...n dun want any other person 2 face this same problem so friends just dial this no. n enjoy
