I prashant shendkar and resigned from aforeserve on 30 march 2022. Still am waiting for my TDS refund

I have ordered mi note 7 pro from Flipkart refurbished
And now i am facing a tolerating battery backup from the phone
After charging to 100% it only takes 3-4 hours of normal usage to go down to 10%-15%

Now, i want you to please check its battery issue seriously.

I can't tolerate this battery problem anymore

I've purchased the laptop from 2Gud.com . Now the one side light of keyboard is low and the side lights are blinking..

I resigned[protected] noe its already exceed 45 days but i didnot get any settlement from afroserve.com now recently i called and he told me that you have to wait another 45 days. so please help me.

I purchased onsite extended warranty for my laptop from Aforeserve .com ltd vide invoice no-ACLNDSRV20091652 dated 31-Jan- 2011 payment made by cheque hdfc on dated 7-1-09 bearing no. 165478 of Rs. 6500/- other relevant details are as follows:

Co. is not providing the service inspite of my continuous request since[protected]pls do the need ful.whereas warranty will expire by[protected], I'm at a great loss all the relevant doc.may be produced by me on request i suffered a irrepairable loss. It is my humble request please do the needful for equility and justice

As per the offer of aforeserve.com ltd. I purchase extended onsite warranty worth Rs. 6500/- payment mady by Cheque HDFC BEARING NO. 165478 DATED 7-01-10.for my laptop Co. provide reciept me reciept on 31-Jan 2009 bearing invoice no. ACLND SRV[protected], Description of goods was written as Y Series from 1/1 CCRTO 3/3 ON SITE 12X6169

When i lodged a complain to replace dvd drive of my laptop i was informed that my laptop is out of warranty period and they straightly denied to provide me service

I 'm regularly sending my humble requestvia e-mail ever since[protected] and all the relevant documents and details in spite of that my problem has not been resolved till date

Beaing a advocate (taxation ) I suffered a irrepairable loss in my profession,loss the confident of my valued clients, and undergoing mental agony harrassment and suffering financial loss of Approx Rs. 2,00,000.
I talk over mob. with G.M of Aforeserve .com ltd (Mr. Arunabha Das) but he too has not taken interest in resolving this issue

I have made a payment of 4700 Rs to Aforeserve.Com. LTD, Noida on 12th October 2009 for renewal of HP CAREPACK for my laptop. I have still not got the Carepack Certificate from them. I am repeatedly trying to contact them through mail & through phone and they are not responding.
