[Resolved] Aforeserve Ltd — Aforeserve Fraud for HP laptop warrant exceptions | |||
One fine day I received a call from an call executive from Aforeserve about extending warranty of HP laptop. They seemed to have all the details of my laptop and so I believed them. I made a payment of 7,500/- to them on 02/07/2010 through HDFC chequ No "76869" and chequ got credited to Aforeserve account on 7th July 2010.Its been a month now but I have not yet received the warranty certificate. The issues I have 1. This obvious case of fraud by Aforeserve. Till I did not make any payment they would constantly keep calling me but now no one seems interested. 2. Why did HP reveal the details of my laptop to a fraud company or it too is a partner in the fraud ? Was this information helpful? | |||

i had gone to COMPURTLAND shakarpur delhi-92 for inquiry of HP LAPTOP model no tx2609AU. the shopkeeper told me that they will provide me the laptop at my home on the next day latest by 11.30 AM and suggest to deposit Rs.1000.But he did not came to my place till 5 pm. when i called him he told me that i am not able to deliver the same today, also told that you can take that 1000 rs back.
On next day, when i visited to that shop, he shown me that laptop and told me that you have to purchase it.
When i refused, he did not gave me the money back.
it very unhelpful and a fraud never take any lap top from hp
VALUE ONE dealer of HP whose shoroom is in sector 12 market KARNAL has no sence of taking with coustemers.
Aslo there is remote which company is giving but dealer is not giving to the coustemers
on 15th feb. 2010 in evening i bought a hp laptop of Rs. 34, 000/- from VALUE ONE hp dealer in sector 12 karnal.
and on 16th feb. 2010 my laptop is not working. so i take it back to dealer he told me that there is virus in it so u have to buy original anti virus. on this i bought origional anti virus of Gardian (product of quick hell).
but my laptop has facing the same problem. when i take my laptop back to dealer and i said him to change my laptop on this he ruidly through it and told do what u want. i have all origional bills and want to take him in consumer court against this.

I AM A COMPUTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND RUNNING COMPANY CALLED SYS-TECH, COMPUTERS AT MANIPAL-576 104, KARNATAKA, INDIA. I HAD A CALL ONE DAY FROM AFORESERVE EXECUTIVE MR. RAJEEV JHA TO ATTEND THE CALL AT AIRTEL SHOW ROOM AT TILE FACTORY ROAD, MANIPAL. I FINISHED THEIR COMPUTER SERVICE AND THEY ASK ME TO SEND THE HARD COPY OF THE SERVICE DETAILS SIGNED BY AIRTEL EXECUTIVES AT MANIPAL. ALL DETAILED RECORD AND EMAIL IS WITH ME. THIS SERVICE WAS DID ON FEBRUARY 2015. TILL TODAY THEY HAVE SENT ONLY THE CHEQUE SCANNED COPY WHICH WAS ISSUED ON 26.04.2015. BUT THE CHEQUE WAS NOT REACHED TO ME SO FAR FROM NOIDA.

Simtech Aforeserve — Warranty Certificate Not received
Hi,I am Kulin Shah, I paid the money to afforserve company which takes care of the warranty sales of HP laptop. I gave the cheque to one of their agents and he gave the recipt regarding that.He said I'll get Certificate in months time. Now 4months are over and I have not received any certificate. I have called them many times but there is no result, I have even mailed them several times again no result. I want them to give the certificate as soon as possible, because at any moment my laptop faces any problem, I dont want to run places to places to get the certificate. It is case of fraud on the part of afforserve who have taken the money from me and not giving me the certificate.Help me guys .
