I am Vineet Kumar M/s Agni Property also cheated us in Ansals Esancia Sec 67 Golf Course Extn Road and Mr Sanjay Gupta from Agni Peoperty cheated us twice Next time it was Vatika India Next Rate was of vatika india next in Manesar was 45, 000 and he cheatd us told us the rate was 50 thousand we sold Ansals Essencia but now facing problem in selling vatika India next If any one also face the same please feel feel free to mail me at my mail id that is

a) You are a vendor of AGNI and have not been paid for your goods / services.
b) You are an employee / ex-employee of AGNI and have not had your dues settled.
c) You are a customer of AGNI and have been made false promises / have not received your refunds, etc.
We are looking at taking Civil action (vendor issues), Consumer Court (customer complaints) & Labour court (employee issues).

I came through this thread while searching Agni complaint forum on internet.
My case is same as yours.
I booked a flat through Agni last year with a credit note issued to me by Agni's sales person (who no more works for Agni now).
Credit note clearly states that Agni will refund 1% of the commission back to me. It's been more than a year now but they
are not responding to my request.
What's my option?
