Air Arabia — Lost baggage

The air arabia has become a complete cheating airline.Fist they wil offer lucrative fares and then either they cancel flights or try to take out their amounts by stealing goods and bags.I have lost my bag after traveling by sharjah-delhi flight. The staff was very poor in handling complains. After madly following the case for 3 months, I got compensation of Rs.9000 only. The staff and the telecallers are very poorand have no knowlwdge. I think this kind of airline should be banned.

Totally Agree with you sir.
I landed in Delhi T3 Airport and what I experience? My cargo bag's lock broken into pieces n things worth Rs.6000 stolen in an AIRPORT CARGO...ARGHHHHHH...When approached the officials..they say WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING SIR...No safety for even Air travellers these days... :@
OK the irritating part is that they say i did it...ya like i went from my seat in to the cargo room and did all that...what a dumass staff...and horrible customer service...Never Ever I will Compromise on Quality again for Convinience... :(
I am totally disappointed with this Service..Infact they should discontinue it.
I feel its a lost cause trying to get refund for my lost goods...

Dear sir/madam
My name is Jamil Desai I am a Kenyan married with 2kids yesterday 12th December I bought four tickets for my children, my wife and my mother in law they were traveling from Kenya to sharjah to ahmdabadh.On the flight from Kenya to Sharjah was an afternoon flight which had no food on board my son is 3years old and my daughter is 8 years of age.They had to go hungry all the way to add insult to injury your staff on board were very rude my wife had to talk to the head stewerd who apologized but this I found to be unfair.Next from Sharjah to Ahmedabad the connecting flight boarding passes were issued but they were no seats on the flight again my wife had to argue with your uncooperative staff which took half an hour in argument finally they got the seats only to arrive in ahmdabadh and find out that one bag from their luggage went missing this process took another two hours.My wife has gone on medical treatment we are Kenyans and the place we are residing in ahmdabadh is 30miles from the airport she has been asked to go back tomorrow to check on the luggage.What I am asking is all this fair on my family and me do I need this kind of stress being a frequent flyer of airarabia.
Yours sincerely
jamil Desai
Agree, Air Arabia has very poor followup on lost baggage and no clear policy. I took flight from KSA to SHJ - Flight no. G9148
and connecting flight from SHJ to NGP - Flight no. G9419.

My baggage didnt came to Nagpur.It a silly mistake by Air Arabia staff for which the travellers suffers.
I traveled from Istanbul to Ahmedabad via Sharjah on 28th/29th June 2012, and they "lost" my bag -- when they found it and returned it after 3 days (they sent it by a private bus carrier but gave me the locket/docket number only after 3 phone calls) all wrapped up in plastic, I opened it only to find the following items missing:
* a 8 GB flash drive with all the most recent files I had been working on for months before and during my conference in Istanbul), which was given to me by my son as a birthday gift (how the flipping hell am I going to recover these files?!);
* 3 cans of Turkish and Russian beer (out of 5 cans which I had bought for an old pre-diabetic uncle of mine who loves these exotic beer cans I bring back when I visit India -- he is allowed to cheat on his strict diet only when I visit once a year or so);
and
* about 5-10 USD in loose change in tenge, lira, etc.
The Cambata Aviation ground staff in Ahmedabad are very lax, incompetent and complacent and downright rude when asked for information or to act. While I am not 100% sure that they stole stuff from my bag, I have no other explanation forthcoming from them, besides the utter rot that they trot out. For instance, they tell me I cannot bring beer into Gujarat because it is a "dry state" (nonsense -- I am in transit and due to leave for Bangalore 3-4 days after my arrival and the beer is not meant for consumption in Gujarat).
Who in Air Arabia cares enough to act on this and the above complaints remains to be seen.
Till then I will pursue every channel or option open to me as an aggrieved and really aggravated passenger.
