[Resolved] Air Conditioner — not getting third free service | |||
I wrote this email to Godrej but no reply from them. [protected][protected][protected][protected]- Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I have purchased one Split AC from Baroda on 26th April 2009 . My registered mobile number with you is [protected] and my residence address is: D-302, 3rd Floor, Vrundavan Township, Opp. Nageshwar Mahadev Temple, Harni Road, Baroda – 390022 In this connection I would like to inform you that for my third Company service I have approached your baroda service center i.e. Mr. Satul Bhai and he told me that Company providing three services after every 4 months ,and for this, Customer Care directly advises us for the service after 4 months. Accordingly, I have dialed your customer care and talked with your customer care officer and as per her, my all company service have been completed in August November and January . I am not able to understand if company provides us three services after every 4 months then my third service comes in the march 2010 then how can it is possible that it has been done in January? Further to this, your baroda service center people always comes to house during their convenient time only for normal checking (without any complaint from our side) by saying that for normal checking purpose and they are getting the signature of my wife and then it will converted into the service call and they will report ahead that service has been done but in actual no service done. This type of practice will affect your business reputation. Today Morning I have again made phone call to your Baroda service station and talked with Mr. Ayaz and I asked him about your Ahmedabad office but he replied me that he do not know. I am not able to understand that in your baroda service center, no phone numbers are available? I have also asked him a phone number of Mr. Irfan even though he told me that you dial customer care. I am not able to understand this . I kindly request you to please take this matter up and revert me soon and arrange to provide me third service immediately under intimation to me on my cell number [protected]. Please look in to his matter personally and arrange, to provide me official third service on Tuesday i.e. 6th April positively in the morning session. Your early and positive reply from your Baroda service center will be highly appreciated. Please treat this matter on urgent basis to avoid such legal complication in the matter.
