[Resolved]  Air Conditioner — Not Working

Sir,

I have bought panasonic cube 1.25 model AC worth Rs. 16000/- in installment basis from Gaurav Distributors Sadar Bazar Agra Uttar Pradesh in february 2011. I told them everything where I had to put my ac working with room size and all necessary conditions. It was told by them that that was a new model AC working well with the specifications what I told to them. Now I have been trying to use the AC from April first week and found it is not working at all and so I have to make the complaints several times to the distributors as well as to the service centre. After several complaints, it has been told by the person came from the service centre that the AC I am using is not appropriate for the room. After a lot of efforts I made to buy this AC in installments, also it is difficult for me to buy another one, it seems my all money went in vain as the present is not at all of my use. Now I am in need to replace my AC with better specifications by paying the difference in the amount.

Please look over to my problem, as the distributor is not at all interested in such diputes.

The receipt of the payment made and the copy of the passbook is enclosed for your reference. Please look into this and clarify the reason for the un-necessary harassment.

I hv launched complain no[protected] around 15 days back, it was attended after 5 days but even after reminder to yr rep. (when on job of repair) they forgot to fit two clamp & now same problem is persisting again i.e. not getting cool air after a week.

Air Conditioner — inaction even by samsung itself

This is in-continuation to my complaint dated 1.9.2010 regarding failure of authorised service centre in providing smooth service. Not only the service centre failed to give service but also caused a huge harassment by taking the A.C. repeatedly to their workshop and reporting a new problem each time. For rectifying these problems, demand of more money enhanced my trouble upto this extent. With lot of hopes, I submitted a complaint on [protected]@samsung.com, but no action by them, has confirmed me that I have choosen a wrong brand while purchasing an A.C. I have no hope and faith left in me that either Samsung or any its authorised service centre is capable to repair my A.C. I don't think, Samsung is anymore reliable brand now. Anyway, best of luck and great future ahead.

Today two employee of lg ( 1) Mr. Monty Tyagi (2) Mr. Manish visited to my home and demanded Rs. 331.00 as service charges. as i had already explained in my complaint that two free service of my lg air conditioner are still pending. every time when we complaint for service they asked us to pay charges. On phone Mr. Mohit Rathi ( Superviser ) confirmed that no service will be executed without money. I have taken in writing from the both of employees.



I had very bad experience with lg and their customer support deptt. Please give me in writing why lg denying to provide free service as committed on papers or at the time of buying of air conditioner by return mail.



I again requested to lg to resume my 2 free services as soon as possible, otherwise we have no option to file complaint in consumer court.



Any loss and damage caused due to lg negligence, lg would be responsible for that.

I called to your esteed organisation for service of my air conditioner, on your call centre no.[protected]. a person come and denied to for service as bill of our airconditioner were lost, i show him a police ncr but he refund to service the airconditioner and asked us to pay for them. for your kind information this is first service of our lg ac. now i personally request to you to send the person and get in serviced free of cost because this is the first service and in your terms and conditon three services is free for customer, otherwise i have no option to file suit/complaint against you in consumer form/court. this is the iind remainder to you.

Air Conditioner — Compressor shutting down

Panasonic Room air-conditioner. — Refund of money.

I had purchased 2 no.s of Panasonic A/cs form Snehanjali retail pvt. ltd. Kalyan (west) Showroom. I had paid Rs.2000 as installation charges respectively (Rs. 1000 for each a/c). My bill no. is E 410041 and E 410042 on date 13/04/2012. People assigned for the installation did not turn up and so I had cancelled the installation and Panasonic people had done the installation. I had paid them in cash( Rs. 1200 each). By now I should have got back my refund of Rs. 2000 which they promised to pay back in 7 days. I had paid through my Debit card and money should have been remitted back into my account but I’ve not received the payment yet. Please do the needful at the earliest.
The co-operation of the staff at Kalyan showroom was not satisfactory. They just intended to sell the products but were not interested to provide proper feedback as per the costumer’s satisfaction.

Air Conditioner — not attending complain properly

i have purchased my ac two months ago. it is a difective piece . i have complained many times in coustmer care but none is came.once a executive came and said that in its plate there is a defect and it will be replaced as soon as possible. but thereafter no one came to repaire it
please look in to the matter and resolve this problem.
till now there is no response against my complain . it seems that in hitachi there is no honesty. i will go to the court to if there is no solution.
