[Resolved]  Aircel — customer service

Dear Sir,

I have requested for internet settings through customer care.
They put me on hold all the time ..i called 198 service 15 times. karthik, kamal ,daisy , divya so on they picked up the call..and put me on hold for 20 minutes each time i call. This is the service they gave me .
please do the necessary.

i wants to complain against aircel cust care.
i have called them more than 100 times to deactivate my services but all in vain.
-> they keep on deducting my balance
-> i asked for refund and they are not giving me refund as well.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Solaiappan using Aircel number ([protected]) for past 7 years. I have given the request to activate the International Roaming will all the documents on[protected] in Tambaram Aircel cell city. They said it will activate with in 72 hours, I informed them that i am leaving on[protected] to Bangladesh, so i have request them to activate before[protected] evening and they also agreed. When i reached Bangladesh on 8th evening service is not activated and i am unable to contact the person who came to pick up.

I have straggled for about 2 hour in airport and i have find the person.I have called them from hotel and informed about activation, the said they will activate with in 2 hours, but not activated. Then i have waited for hole day and next morning[protected] i have checked still not activated. I have they called 4, 5 times for Bangladesh and they have finally activated at night 10 o'clock.

Please take a necessary action on them to avoid such a problem at-least for other customer.

Hi once a sales executive came to our office for sale of Aircel Postpaid & prepaid sim cards, i also purchased a prepaid sim card and he took photos on spot and charged Rs.50 for photos, next he asked me to pay him 40 rs. on account of FRC which i did, for 3 weeks my no. wasnt working, then i called him several times and then my number got activated.
i noticed he had not done any FRC on my no. which i had to do myself, and next he gave me a defective sim card which i had to change with pains on aircel center. for which they again charged me Rs.50..
i had trouble activating 3g on it.
yesterday i did 693 recharge from online and payment got dedeucted by 3g wasnt recharged.. i tried to call customer care of aircel which is the worst in the history of any cell phone providers...
they gave no response.. all i could hear was " sir, ur money cant be refunded and ur recharge is unsuccessful." i told them to transfer my call to their senior on which they have black listed me and i am unable to call customer care now. in my area 3g is served by aircel but its like 2g on bsnl.. irritatingly slow

now i went to a recharge shop and i did 997 10 gb recharge which gets disconnected after every two mins..
i am using aaircel sim [protected] in my micromax dongle.. and my alternate no. is [protected]..
i have tried calling customer care but i am barred from customer care.. . i have used airtel for 2 years in jammu and kashmir in the same dongle...and no one compares to its service.
my feed back for aircel is a thrid rate company where they employ dunce people with 0 IQ and an intelligence level of a 2nd grade student..
even while posting this complaint i had to reconnect 6 times..
my suggestion to a common man is to go for anything other than aircel.. worst worst worst
