same thing has happened wid me, on my reliance prepaid mobil. on 23rd march 2011, i made bill enq n balance ws 24.90, just next day, thats today, 24 march, i received 3 sms, in 30 sec, saying, my balance ws -5.60!!!
198 person said, amt ws deducted towards "fun pack" renueal!!! which ws never ever suscribed by me.
i ws told dat i subscribed it on 22nd feb, whn also money wer deducted. this ws not known to me, as i don frequently chk balance. n on my reliance (LG) cell, i don get balance after each call automatically, as it possible on some mobiles.
now they say, amt cant be refunded in any case. all they can do is unsubscibe funpack now onwards.
n exactly as u said, its not a q of 25-30 rs, its a q of daylight robbery, which is done by such reputed companies!!! n we consumers r so much helpless... i kept reliance for its better network.. but they r such "chor" company.
if some reader has some solution to teach a lesson to reliance mobile, pls guide me...([protected]@yahoo.co.in)
