Sub : REGISTRATION OF COMPLAINT AND DE-ACTIVATION OF
MOB PHONE CONNECTION NO (SIM-[protected])(ERN-280493-YKDB5J)
.

1. Further reference to my E-mail [protected]@gmail.com dated 15 Nov 2011 at 09.54 PM and your auto acknowledge aircel<[protected]@aircel.co.in> dated 15 Nov 2011 at 09.57 PM.

2. It is further reiterated that Aircel Agency at METTUR DAM has released a Mob Connection No[protected] without verifying the supporting documents which is mandatory while issuing a Mob Connection to avoid any misuse. I was surprised when the police authority is informed that my name ID Proof is utilised for issue of the connection. I, never endorsed my signatures in the application form as stated in my e-mail complaint under reference dated 15 Nov 2011. Moreover, I have undergone humiliation and mental agony due to malafide activities of Aircel Ltd at Mettur who issued the mobile connection without verification.

3. You are kindly requested to verify the entire case with your own organisation and reply me the following aspects please:-

(a) An application form with signatures and photographs on which Mob Connection No
was released.

(b) Circumstances under which the Aircel , Mettur Agency issued , certified the
application and released the connection, which resulting misuse of mob phone
and nefarious activities. These incidents reflected in tarnishing my social community,
family relations and image.


(c) Circumstances under which Aircel Salem not ready to issue acknowledgement on
the complaint which indicates that Aircel, Salem involved dubious activities of issuing
Bogus connection for mobile phone which can be used for Anti National Element
Activities

4. It is requested to intimate a detailed reply with a copy of Inspector of Police, Mettur Police Station, so that I can prove my innocence in this case.

Dear Sir iam Shankar D.S from Tumkur I purchased aircel Sim Card. all are ok Except signal Problem in Some Places So Plese solve this problems. In Karnataka State in tumkur Districts Like ammasandra,dandinashivara Turuvekere Taluks some villages Like Hullukere, Machaenahalli and so on. And in hassan District Chennarayapattna Taluk like sagthavalli.anakare,hariharapura,udaypur and somthanahalli. in these places there is no aircel towers so do need full to our aircel customers.

I received more number of strange calls from different numbers in the past. I hope that you must have the records of my received calls. My aircel number [protected] balance deducted Rs. 25 approx around 10:30 pm today. A sms was sent "Thank you for using aircel" after the deduction. When I called customer care representative they said a song was downloaded where no such thing happened and added that server down and ignored the problem. It was happened previously that whenever I used to recharge an amount around Rs. 50, balance is deducted and no remedy is provided. If this issue continues I'll not be able to continue your services. Kindly refund the deducted amount as early as possible.

Hi,

I had given the cancellation form and made the full outstanding amount on the day of cancellation.

I had got a call from backend team for activation. Which i strait away told him to cancel sim which is not done.
Instead of it he as activated without my knowledge.

After few months I got a call for agency saying to make payment on the same day I had called aircel and logged a complaint.

All the above information was shared by one of the Aircel customer care executive after with right action was not take today once again i get a call from collect agent for making the payment.

my self ramprakash rajbhar my mob. number is [protected] from last one month i complain regarding a change in a call rate that is converted from 1 paise per second to 90 paise per minute, your customer representative always told to make a recharge of 1 rs. than u will avail the previous plan benefit that is 1 paise per second, i did recharge 3 to 4 times as per your representative guidance but i did't avail benefit as per my request.
at recently on 6th feb i did the recharge of 1 rs from aircel gallery which is located in dombivali west
i got a reff. no. from your side that is[protected] still my call rate are 90 paise per minute...

I have given my closure request at the time of final payment to the executive. But after few months the Aircel executives keep call me and saying pay the bill, when I respond them that I have given my closure request and Im not using it for now, then used to tell me that we will and call you sir. But no one has called me again.

My problem is, for the past 1 week Im getting SMS from Aircel saying Pay the overdue bill and Default of payment will be spoil your CIBIL credit score &amp; rating.

hi this is ramprakash rajbhar once again come to you regarding a same issue, sir / mam, how much time i have to give a complaint to you regarding a same concern, my mobile no. is [protected], it is a 4th time i send a mail to you regarding the my call rate which is charged highly from last few month i will be charged 1 rs per minute to local calls and 1.50 rs for STD calls instead of 1 paise per second, i called your CSR so much of time but they not give a proper guidance to me, still i face a problem of call rate so please make note of that and do something and change my call rate that is 1paise per second,

I were using social networking ON sites like whatsapp and face book and suddenly I got a servise message of thanks for using aircel services ON 4.04.14. I checked my balance and I had found amount of 85 rs was deducted from main balance. After contacting to customer care they gave me a cold responce and didn't even tell me for what they have made this money deduction.

I have booked a aircel prepaid SIM card through aircel offical site for Rd.247 on 5-2-2015 and the SIM was delivered to me on 7-2-2015 in turn I paid the money and gave the address proof and id proof to the delivery person, and when i asked about the activation hetold me since it is Saturday the SIM will get activated only on Monday i.e, on 9-2-2015. But till date my SIM is not activated. I called many times to the aircel employee person who called me to confirm my booking and also the person who delivered me the SIM, they are not responding and also they areare not taking any action. My aircel balance was deducted Rs 99 and i got a message saying i subscribe to GAMES club on 14/12/2015 at 8.16pm which i have no idea about it.I am really upset with your customer support, they try to bluff customers.Instead of solving the grievance, they tend to make it a very small issue and ignore the complaints. I have never subscribe any such clubs.This is not the very first time when i have been charged with these WAP services without my initiation.It's totally wrong.Inspite of TRAI Strict On Activation of VAS Without Subscriber Consent, Aircel is charging the way it wants.

He tell me document and deposit 5000 form chq. verify in account no [protected] account holder name is mdarcl. in hdfc bank and he ask me for chq. verify then 24 hours transfers in your account but date 18/11/2011 i am go bank statement is min. and chq. amount is transfer. i am connect for mdarcl agent he ask we are lone file complete but deposit 2000 for file charge than amount transfer .19/11/2011 i go sbi bank and transfer 2000 in account no.     they told me now deposit 4500 more for insurence

      DND activated in my aircel no. Still sms are coming in my no. For this, amount is also deducted from my aircel no. Mail communication aslo made for this . But it has no effects. So Its disturbing me vastly. My aircel no-[protected]. According to aircel customer care the dnd activated in following dates:-

      12-sept-2008

      13-dece-2008

      30-june-2009
      the DND service is a government regulated service and every operator has to stick to the norms of the same. I am sure there is some technical glitch somewhere. I would suggest you to speak to the customer care again and let them know of the situation. I am sure this would be sorted out in no time….

      this serie belong to karnataka aircel, we cannot get the subscriber details as this will be highly confidential, if you think this is a serious problem please lodge an FIR and then approach any aircel corporate office and seek thier help. they will for sure help you. you can contact the nodal officer in Aircel. for further information on nodal officers and thier mail id's please log on www.aircel.co.in and select the circle.
      Dear Sir/madam, I have applied for DND facility on my nos [protected] of Aircel company in mid December, I got a reply from there side saying my request for DND has been registered and my service will be activated by Jan 31, but still to date i am recieving 3-4 sms of various promotional offers from them, i tried 4-5 times to complain with the Aircel customer care nos on 121, i asked for the complain nos from them but everytime i am told that there system is running slow i should call them again after 2 hrs, Every time i called on 121 i have to wait for apprx 10 mins before there executive answers, i request you to please look in the matter and help me with your kind cooperation.       Sir I want to say hat my mobile no. [protected] is registered for the dnd ( do not disturb service ) then also I receive the promotional calls and message i have complaints many times in the customer care but all in vain. please look into the matter and help me overcome the problem.
      Generally it takes around 45 days to activate the DND, if it’s less than 45 days from the time you have registered, then you should wait for that period of time.

      This is to inform that I have taken a sim card of Aircel in the month of Feb and applied DND on my phone and i have received a message from Aircel that "Dear Customer, your Ref. no. for NDNC Registration is S[protected]. All promotional communication to your Aircel Mobile should stop by 16/04/2010". But till now I am receiving the messages and phone calls from the company this is very painfull and now I want to suit a case agianst the company pls help.

      Aircel has got the worst network.poorest service with no home network except 3 cities even a year after ur launch.customer care agents have no idea about the home network.other service providers have even launched their 3g networks and aircel doesnt even have its own network.i m staying in bhuj is aircel going to launch its network here?it is using docomo network and coverage is very poor.i suggest the general hospital area .very unreliable coverage.         You can always lodge a complaint with the Police, there are complaint options against harassment like this available. You can also just drop an e-mail on the Aircel website and contact their customer care. Im sure they will help you.

          Aircel mobile is like a pain in life. I am very upset with your
          company services in Jamnagar, You dont have proper network coverage
          here, and you advertise so much about your internet services which are
          pathetic, i would rather suggest you to close the services if you
          cannot give proper services. I am moving to vodafone, i have made many
          complains with your service advisers in customer care but they never
          take the complain. what should i do please suggest.

          Have you downloaded the GPRS settings? If not its extremely simple and can be activated in no time. Just call the customer care and they would help you through the complete process..

          i purchased to use Internet but still i can't .when ever i connected my iphone with my pc or laptop networking completely done.but when ever i try to open any web site its show error "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred". i called many time to your cust care but no one solve this problem. after that many cust care person told me Back-End department will call me but with your great service i got no one call.i really thankfull for your's great full service.i have near about 3-4 no now i think that i have to port all to another better company which solve this problem easily,because your cust care cant solve this problem within month. what a great care. these are my another aircel no [protected],[protected], which i going to port if cant solve this problem till[protected]. i also suggest to my friends.my alternate no is [protected]. if you wants to contact me.

          I am not able to use aircel internet since two months.i consult with customer care but there was no response from them.
          Cheated by aircel.
          I purchase a 3G SIM at aircel authorised distributor in nagercoil for education purpose.

          but after setting all it is not giving 3G peed asper aircel commited speed is

          Hello I bought an Aircel 3g 6 GB prepaid sim about 4 weeks ago. I was working fine at first but for two weeks the speed has been terrible. Even opening a web page is taking a long time. The sim number is [protected] and is of Kolkata. Please fix this.

                  I have got one aircel 3g connection but within 7 days after activation it stop working,after several complaints they are failed to solve the problem ,there representative came to resolve the the issue,they committed a lot but failed to resolve the issue,now they are sending false bill,and i am reluctant to pay the bill, I am agree to pay the bill of 15 days as i used only for 7 days...

                  I was using aircel postpaid until April. My credit limit is Rs.1000. But they barred my outgoing on first week of April telling that I crossed credit limit. They asked me to pay Rs.4672 to continue to use the phone. My usual bill amount iis around 400-500. How ll I get excess of Rs.4500? I tried enquiring in customer care. But I dint get any good response. Even I went to headoffice. Response was nil. So I just stopped using the phone. Again for the month of may I got a bill of Rs.350 without using my phone(my outgoing was barred as well) I got a total bill of Rs.5022 as my bill amount. What do I do now? Number is [protected].

                    hey,

                    i am prashant raghava. i have been facing network coverage problem in my area. i have done complaints more than 20complaints past 2-4months but its still not rectified.
                    even i've done many complaints to NODAL OFFICER and also tried appellate authority's no. but seems like they set there no. on "busy" it always goes busy.

                    few latest service req. no.'s are :
                    * 1-[protected]
                    * 1-[protected].
                    and many more....


                    i am really annoyed with Aircel's services :
                    * Worst Network ( E - block , Sector 41, Noida )
                    * Worst Costumer support (specially nodal officer and appellate authority)
                    * No discounted offers for dallier tune (like 60rs for 90days)

                    appellate authority and nodal officer's no.'s always goes BUSY and if someone receive's then the call gets disconnected or they used to disconnect.

                    WORST! WORST! WORST! INDOOR NETWORK specially in Sector 41 (E-block), Noida . (NCR REGION)

                    Aircel — worst network coverage

                    Dear Sir/Mam

                    I am the subscriber of Aircel( # [protected]). I am in delhi for the last 6 days & there is no network coverage at all . I am here for an interview but withouT any contact no. i am facing lots of trouble & 4 sure this is the worst operator in india.
                    please resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i will also file a complain in TRAI.My alternate # 4 the time being is [protected].

                          For the past few months (may be more), the customer care at Aircel have worsened.

                          One of my SIMs with number was lost along with mobile phone on saturday (5th Nov 2011) and I have placed a customer care request to deactivate it to avoid misuse. I have been told that it will get deactivated by 4 hrs.

                          After that on sunday, I got the new SIM and made a activation request and was told that it would get activated by 2hrs. But it got activated only on Monday morning after a day, after many complaints through phone.

                          Eventually, the number is barred from Monday onwards. When I called the customer care, I was told that they have handled the deactivation request (which was supposed to be done earlier with old SIM) on the new SIM that too after it was activated and was in use.

                          This is a major mistake from Aircel side , but I am the sufferer as the SIM is still barred until now (Tuesday).

                          When complaints were raised I have told to wait for 1hr, 2 hr and it is almost 12 hrs, since the complaints are not resolved.

                          Also the so called customer care executives are just disconnecting the call after putting it on hold. This is a worst inhuman behaviour.
                          This is done by almost all the executives I have called.

                          Such a behavior and false commitments have become the order of the day in Aircel Customer Care.

                          If this prolongs, I think this is high time to move on to a better Service Provider.

                          The only reason I am still sticking on to aircel is due to the number. With the MNP, I think, I need not wait still.

                              I have 3 mobile connections and all are in my CUG group for the past 7 years [protected],[protected],[protected] and during this time I have shifted 3 houses and b4 shifting each houses I used to promptly mail the aircell customer service and mention my new address and they also would perfectly update the same and send me the next month bills to my new address.

                              Likewise this time also during the month of June 2011 I had mentioned the new address and shifted my house in the month of july and expected my July month bill to be send to my new address. But to my surprise only one nos ie [protected] had come and other two nos ie [protected] and [protected] till date ie nearly 4 months ie 4 bills generated and still they have not updated my new address for this two nos but only one bill comes to my new address [protected] and other two goes to my old address.Inspite of sending many mails and even the nodal officer of aircell cellular mailed me that my new address is updated in their systems and that I would get ,my two nos bills to my new address,but even this month ie oct 2011 [protected] and [protected] bill had gone to my old address.

                              Iam really fedup and even mentioned in my mail that I will file a case against aircel for irresponsiblity, poor service and mental agony.

                                  again on 4th nov 2011 rs 108.40 has been deducted from my account for no reason.
                                  pls verify the same. And even before deactivating my account rs 75 was deducted for no reason. since the no was not activated i was not refunded my balance to me and later they denied for refunding it.
                                  sir even when i called 198 they picked up some time and told to call afterwards but when i calked no one picked up. i called from another no then they said change your handset. i changed but same problem was there.

                                  sir please check it.

                                      today morning ,2/11/2011, when i call from my num to any num , i am hearing a voice "this services not available to this num,to activate please contact [protected].".. i call to this num, and become to know that this num is customercare num... i tell him my problem, he told me that we are not receive your document, please contact to retailer... so i call to retailer by my other num, retailer tell me that i have send your document to aircel office, you contact to customer care....

                                      Now , sir i am puzzled, i am far away from kolkata for job and i will go to kolkata after 2 or 3 month.. i am not able to call to my family..
