sir i purchased a new airfone mobile-af33'
which is giving trouble from the first day and is under warranty.
i visited to your service centre once but my problem was not solved.
i could not visit your service centre again due to my medical suffering.
today it was attached by usb cable and after 20 minutes some burning smell started coming from it and when i saw there was some smoke from the phone.
kindly solve my problem soon as possible
else i would be forced to knock the consumer court for the same.

Airfone — poor quality of handset not working

I would like to clarify here that all our IMEI numbers are issued by MSAI ( Mobile Standard Alliance Of India) and such a issue can happen due to lax at operators end. However, if you could update me on the problems faced by you, the same will be Solved with 24 working hours.
