I HAD BOOKED THE TICKET FOR MY FAMILY (5 PASSENGERS) FROM DELHI TO SRINAGAR FROM THE WEBSITE - www.akbartravelsonline.com/‎ AND AFTER THE WHOLE PAYMENT PROCESS WAS DONE AND AMOUNT WAS ALSO DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT , STILL THE TICKETS WERE NOT ISSUED. A MESSAGE - CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE WAS POPPED UP.
WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THE ASKED ME TO PAY RS 650 EXTRA TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING, BUT THAT AMOUNT WAS NOT APPEARING ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I WAS BOOKING THE TICKET.

I CANCELLED MY BOOKING EVEN THOUGH I COULN NOT GET MY AMOUNT BACK.

THIS IS THE CHEATING THEY ARE DOING WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT ACCETING THERE MISTAKE ALSO VERY RUDE TO TALK WITH........

PLEASE CONSIDER IT AS A GENUINE REQUEST AS WHAT WE HAD SUFFERED WE DO NOT WANT ANYBODY ELSE TO SUFFER....

I booked ticket on feb 2020. Due to corona pandemic, could not travel and requested for refund. I mailed around 50 mails and around 10 calls to customer care regarding refund process. But till now the amount is not credited and they are not replying to the mail also. What i have to do? pls help? my email str.[protected]@gmail.Com

    Sir, I had booked online ticket from hyderabad to mumbai thru Make my trip on 14042013 for journey date 15042013 makemytrip booking no.NU[protected] tkt noABRS2229733 seat no A4 boarding at paradise at 6.00 pm. When contacted around 1.00 pm I was informed that the said service is cancelled and I was accomodated in other bus vide sms giving tkt no, AKBAR61605 seatt noA6 boarding at 7.15 pm. I reached paradise Shameem Travels at paradise boarding point at 6.45 pm. Their pickup van came around 7.30 pm and I was not allowed to enter despite showing sms and valid tkt pickup van boy pushed me out of, and started using rough language . I then continously called Akbar travels office without any proper reply. Around 9.30 pm one Mr Siraj manager of Akbar travels told that he will investigate and call babk. But to my surprise they were not liftng my call despite repeated efforts. I approched makemytrip office at paradise and their I was told to lodge online complaint. I then lodged online complaint to makemytrip.com around 11.30 pm. And no other option but to lodge complaint here.. ,for agony and mental torture I faced with request for refund and action againr the misbehavior and cheating by the said Akbar Travels.

    travel agent of popular gallery ( populars ID FLT[protected]) behaviour agaist me was verry verry shamfull. He tall me verry rudly even abusing me in verry shamfull manners. I requst you please take action as his aspects.

      Hi,

      My name is Mahendra. I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Pune from Redbus,com in Akbar travels. As per the schedule, Bus departure time is 9:30 PM from Lakdikapul. But the bus was turned up on 2:00 AM in Miyapur after calls made up to the in charge of Akbar Travels.
      Bus drivers are very careless and they have increased the price from 1100 to 2500 for this Bus because of the demand. But the expected service was not delivered. Moreover, there was a crossing of luggage between 2 of the buses. (shifting the customer's luggage from one bus to another bus because other buses don't have proper permit to run the buses in the speculated states.

      Kindly don't book any tickets from Akbar, Omer and Jabbar travels from Hyderabad to Pune route. You would be another scape goat.

        Sir, We are drivers working for AKBAR TRAVELS NAGPUR AIRPORT, we are not paid correctly for our duties that is of 16 hrs, and the staff of AKBAR TRAVELS NAGPUR Beat a fellow driver, so severely and tied him in the garage situated at wardha road nr. kapri naka with out any clothes, that is the reason we all went on strike today 24/02/2013 Our Manager mr. Rahul Rai, Milind Pawar,sandeep, rozza. etc, and his two friend have beated our fellow driver , as we are poor people they are mis guiding us with our salary and and threatening us that if we complain they will remove us from our jobs and physically harm us, some body pls help us and put a stop to this exploiting , We appeal to the RTO to Kindly check the papers of all the cars they have , as they are running without valid tax and registration

          I am writing this mail regarding cancellation and rescheduling of Saudi airline ticket issued from AKBAR TRAVELS ONLINE, in the sector DOHA-RIYADH-JEDDAH,



          Trip ID: AT42342,



          CRS PNR: 4HJTGA,



          Ticket NO:[protected].



          I had contacted AKBAR TRAVELS Mumbai, Chennai and Doha offices, unfortunately I didn’t get a proper reply.



          I had contacted Saudi Airlines , they replied me this ticket can be rescheduled, if it cancelled properly.



          Unfortunately AKBAR Travels cancelled the above ticket only in one sector DOHA – RIYADH, but failed to cancel RIYADH – JEDDAH with the same PNR number.



          Because of this improper cancellation of the ticket by AKBAR Travels, I could not reschedule the ticket.



          Please do the needful to reschedule the above ticket to the date 25/04/2013.

            I had booked a ticket to New York through Akbar Travels for 1st May 2012. The Airline was Kuwait Airways. I was a bit unsure as to what exact date i would return. The Travel A gent told me that the ticket was valid for 6 months, and i can take one date change free of cost at anytime for the return journey. Based on this information, i took the date of return in Oct'12. However when i was in the US, i decided to come back in june. The Airline informed me that i have to pay extra $500 as now peak season rates will be applicable. I tried my best get them to waive this, to no avail. i sent many mails to Akbar Travels to help me out, but to no avail. In all this effort, one month passed, and finally on 15th July i returned after paying the Airline $340 extra. How do i get compensation for the mental tension and the financial loss?

                  Akbar Travel of Nagpur Pay the drivers only 4000/- for 16hrs duty and the payment in hand the drivers get is 3600/- , they are exploiting the drivers as there is less employment in Nagpur. The drivers are made to sign blank receipts on their payment day , Akbar Travels Nagpur Is a BAD EMPLOYER, .What service is expected when a driver works for minimum 16 hrs a day

                    I had booked tickets for journey from Hyderabad to pune from 'Redbus.in', for Akbar travels bus, ticket no. AKBAR2828.

                    I thougt technolgy has moved fast and not much of traditional and old travel agent office visits are needed to plan a travel.

                    It was a very bad service from the travel company.

                    Initially I was given boarding point as Kondapur. Until I did not call the bus guy, I was not informed about the change in the pick up point.

                    It was a new city and new roads. I had reached Kondapur and now, I have to look for another location.

                    I mean, any decency of informing in advance??? It was a alien city for me. I had to shell additional sum for the auto aswell had total frustration on the behaviour.

                    Worst experience from so called 'FRIENDS @ redbus' and AKBAR Travels.

                      Akbar travels issued me a promo ticket and i was charged same as for the normal ticket where as i asked them for a flexible ticket but they issued me a ticket which was a promo ticket and i was not able to extend the ticket. When i spoke to the airlines office they said that the ticket issued to me by the agent is promo ticket so they cannot extend the validity of the ticket. It was a fraud done by the executive, and the manager is not ready to accept it. I have been cheated by akbar travels borivli branch. It was a bad experience for me. And the manager was not co-operative to handle the situation.

                        My Parent bought two Emirates tickets for UK through AIRPAK Travels Patiala. They are in Manchester now and my Dad was supposed to travel today. When we went to airport to check in they have told us that the tickets have been refunded. We were shocked & found out this agent has ran away. They are now stranded. There is an Agent called Akbar Travel Jalandhar through which he booked the tickets. Can anyone advise where do we stand & how we can get money back. The name of guys who have frauded are Mohit & Mr Malhotra.

                          Am loyedgeorge had purchased a ticket from chennai airport outlet on 10/jun/2010, and i have traveled on the ticket to dubai(UAE) on 17/jun/2010.i had my official work and dint know when will i come back but i had my return ticket on 25/jun/2010. i canceled the return ticket on 23/jul/2010, and asked for refund of my one way ticket. i was supposed to come on 22/jul/2010, and purchased the ticket from same outlet on 19/jul/2010.so from this issue itself you can come to know that am a regular costumer of you and i have not faced such a issue for refund of the money until now.
                          i went to indian airlines office and canceled the ticket, but until i dint get the refund from your outlet.

                            I am writing this as a complaint, against the delay in refunding of my ticket amount and the poor performance by the Akbar Travel Agent(india):

                            I was forced to take a ticket on urgent basis for my brother due to visa issues, through the Akbar Travels airport counter in Trivandrum (india) as detailed below

                            date of cancellation : 30/07/10, in Oman airport counter in muscat
                            Pax : Mr.Mohammed Ariff

                            It was informed by Oman air personnel to refund the money in the office where it was booked. I have went in person to Akbar travel air port counter and have given all the details like bank account to the travel agent on the same day.

                            They informed me that the process for refunding requires 14days to get the reply from OMAN air and refunding process. But still there is no advancement in this issue.

                            Since we all with family are residing in Muscat, i have to turn back to my work and eventually i couldn't follow these issue in person.

                            Also the same agent have cancelled a non-refundable ticket in Emirates airlines,without any information. which is another issue.

                            PLEASE RAISE THIS ISSUE WITH THE BOOKING AGENT THAT MAKE A BAD REPUTATION OF SUCH AIRLINES .

After some time I received a travel ticket from Indigo site mentioning the different flight booking at some different time.                               akbar travels complaints on taxi in bangalore airport:

                              Please note that in BIAL airport bangalore prepaid taxi counter, Akbar travels employees are cheating the customer by charging more amount than actuals. The Taxi bill amount which they give to customer is less, but what they take is more.

                              kindly take proper action, as this has been noticed by many of our collegues, same will be informed to BIAL airport authorities.

                              Bangalore prepaid taxi, given a fake money receipt & charged of AC Sedan fair,where we moved in non-ac Indica.When we saw the money receipt, it looks like the fake bill.No telephone no is avaliable in receipt.

                              This is a known issue. Akbar travels employees ALWAYS cheat my guests. I don't know how BIAL has approved of this travels. BIAL, please take action against this cheats.
                              I took a taxi cab on 5th July from bengaluru airport to puttaparthi.Akbar travels promised a good car( ford or ethios). But the car was an old ford with more than 250000km in ODO.Akbar travels charged RS 3600 for the one way trip and i paid the toll also on the way.The driver drove the car towards bengaluru city to collect taxipermit book from someone else and took speeds more than 150kmph many times and over 130kmph all the time on the highway.No safety.no airbags in the car. Even there was a chance of hitting the car with a truck .By gods grace we reached the destination safely.. ...Later I came to know even for Rs 1800 we can get taxi from the airport to puttaparthi.

                              Bad service by Akber travels.No more akbar travels forme and anyone who knows me.
                              On 17th april 2017 i have taken cab from t2 airport mumbai to thane from akbar travles airport counter and they have cheated me by charging 1500 Rs and Later i came to know that there are other ac taxi available from airport which costs me only 450..

                                u have chaged me a good amt. as interest and finance charges.

                                Anyway I have paid the full amt and NIL BALANCE AS AON 28/08/09.

                                  Hi,

                                  I want to cancel an airline ticket which I've bought from Teffy International who in turn bought ticket from AkbarTravels. Teffy Internationational not reachable and has some due to settle with Akbar Travels. Beacuse of this Akbar Travels denies to refund the money on the ticket cancellation. As a consumer irrepective of the Teffy International Vs Akbar Travels problem I should get my money back. Please advise what can be done for this. Thanks.

                                  Had you bought the tickets directly from Akbar Travels Online you are entitled for refund as Teffy International has bought from Akbartravelsonline they are right in refusing the refund to you in case they have any outstanding dues from them
                                  File a case in consumer court & civil court against the Chairman & MD & CEO of Akbar travels as the ticket belongs to Akbar it is their duty to refund the amount. No excuses should be entertained
                                  Mr Yunus Parvez is right and go ahead with the case
                                  While the time of booking, I had entered the details correctly, But when now i had check it properly it is ticket of an INFANT not for an adult.For that i had speak to Mr. SAHIL & Mr. RAHUL SHINDE for that, he is telling, that the error is occured in Go-Air on that time, But my question is, I do not know the Go-Air, I only knows the akbar, Bcoz I had booked on Akbar's site, I had done the payment on akbar's site.

                                  So it's a clear deal, if any problem occured from ur side, why should I bear for it .
                                  Await for ur earlier action.

                                  This thing i had return to akbar's, but their is not any positive reply from their side.Pls try to solve this problem.

                                  AKBARTRAVELSONLINE.COM — NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY

                                  I HAD BOOKED A SPICEJET TICKET FROM BANGALORE TO KOLKATA FOR 24TH SEPTEMBER, 2009 ON 06.04.2009 AND LATER CANCELLED IT ABOUT 45 DAYS BACK. I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED. WHEN I ASKED THE SPICEJET AUTHORITIES THEY SAID THAT THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BY AKBARTRAVELSONLINE.COM. THE BANK TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVEN'T REFUNDED THE MONEY TILL DATE. I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH MORE TIME DO THEY NEED TO REFUND BACK MY MONEY? OR IS IT A STRATEGY OF THEIRS TO NOT GIVE THE MONEY?
                                  All Travel Agencies are using an INTEGRATED SOFTWARE that will automatically add an amount on your flight ticket price. This software is not authorised and approved by IATA.
                                  Two ways to find out the exact amount of your flight ticket price.

                                  Before purchasing your flight ticket.
                                  1)Type the AIRLINE name on the web site SEARCH area to open the Airline site.
                                  2)Then search the ticket price, for example Mumbai – Delhi on 12 th October.
                                  3)The government Service tax for domestic airline is .515%, of the basic fare only and for international airline, it is 1.03 % of the basic fare only. This service tax amount will not show on the airline site.
                                  4)When you compare ticket price from an agency this may be calculated by yourself to see the total amount of your ticket price. For example if you see a ticket price on the Airline web - Basic fare 600 + taxes WO 229 + YQ 2900 = Total price without service tax is 3729 . The service tax of 600 rupees x .515% is 3 rupees. So the total ticket price from the agency will be 3732 rupees.
                                  5)Web site examples are www.flyemirates.com, www.flykingfisher.com, www.jetairways.com, www.spicejet.com, www.goindigo.com eta...
                                  6)Note down the price, taxes, class of booking, of your travel sector and COMPARE the price with an agency quote.

                                  Or If you have already purchased your flight ticket from an agency, then
                                  1) You can ask for a print from the airport external counter mentioning your airline PNR. Calculate the difference.
                                  2) Also you can search the airline web site. Type your PNR and print your ticket as an evidence to get back your additional payment.
                                  Akbartravelsonline is a company, not only refund problem they cancelled my tickets byt their own adn this I got to know when I called them for some query otherwise I was in dreams of traveling.
                                  It was very frustrating and mental tension to get the things done again by myself, I had to pay extra money to book the tickets again with some other travel agent. akbartravels are not worth of trusted people.
                                  I am posting complaint, regarding your agent barghavi from vijayawada branch cheated me . before issuing the ticket .she told me british airways for the student visa offering 2peice luggage. after i paid she has given the ticket.In that there is ony one peice luggage i reserved my ticket on dec 21 2009 4:00a.m plz verify my complaint

                                  As per my valuation this is a very big group having branches allover india and really appreciate their services
                                  Akbar travels has underworld connection and is funded by Dawood Ibrahim and its henchmen. Do not ever deal with this anti national terrorist travel agency
                                  Akbar Travels CMD Mr Abdul Nazar is closely connected to Underworld don Dawood Ibrahima dn this organisation is not cleared by IB for airport operation. They are a bunch of ruffians and hooligans operating travel agency

                                  The compliant lodged above must be true as even i have been cheated by the Akbar travels guys. They offer me the deal of Thailand for 3 nights in Pattaya and 2 Nights in Bangkok on the mail and had charged me accordingly. Once i went there, they changed the deal at 2 nights Pattaya and 3 nights at bangkok saying the mail was done by Mistake.
                                  These guys are and are not at all trust worthy. Please think more than twice before making any deal with them.

                                  Travel Guys — Refund of the money

                                  I booked the Tickets for Volvo Bus through phone from Delhi to kangra and also return ticket, on the date of traveling i was surprised by the bus condition it was not even a semi deluxe bus , I took pictures from camera water was pouring when AC was turned on , traveled most of the distance with opened windows,
                                  When i reached kangra, i cancelled the ticket of return journey, i have call logs for that and i have return ticket still with me. Now i have calling the owner of that company Mr Dharmendra mishra for last 1 -2 months about refund, guy making excuse every time. Now he has started to reply in a rude language that we do not do refunds.

                                  'Name of the Travel company is travelguyz, they have provided the experience one of worst journey in my life

                                    I Had made a online ticket purchase from the Akbar travels online, the tansation was later cancelled .
                                    I had got the conformation that my entire money will be refunded, but on atual Akbar travels have deducted some amount and clame it as the Bank Charges.
                                    the Bank had confomed on mail that they are not charging any thing.

                                    Akbartravelsonline does not have any right to deduct bank charges and the entire money has to be refunded. You can pull them at the District consumer court if they do not refund full amount

                                    Akbar seems to be cheat travel agency
                                    Every Payment gate way is chargiging 2.5 % as processing charges and it goes to Bank or Payment Gateway company. You can confirm the sae with the Bank that wheter the processing charge/Transaction chare to the marchais is refundable or not?

                                    In this case if you didn't get a ticket printout or you get an error instead of the ticket or airline is saying full refund then you can log a complaint by sending an email to [protected]@akbartravelsonline.com and thay will solve this issue with in 7 working days
