Regarding :- Customer ID-[protected] Airtel Digital Tv [ HD ] not installing yet Here I Mr Hemant S Kanthale buy a LG LED from Shah Electronics (Phadke Houd, Pune.) on that time there is a scheme on LG LED free Airtel Digital Tv [HD] set-top box on that. I received activation voucher ( Activation Code:- [protected] ) from dealer at same time when I buy LG LED. I call Airtel customer care for activation from your side tell me that this Activation Code is invalid so I come back to dealer again and he give me new Activation Voucher ( Activation Code:- [protected] ) then again I call customer care for activation that person accepted the activation code and generate my Customer ID-[protected] and then I recharge my account for Rupees 750.00 at that time unfortunately from your side call get disconnected.so I cant get Installation No from that person. Thereafter I call again for that installation no. other person told me that your voucher is invalid so I again get back to dealer and told the same problem I face again he told me that he cant help me any more in this matter you directly contact to Airtel customer care for more detail. So please give us satisfactory solution for this and feedback us as early as possible. I am terribly upset with the service provided by Airtel digital TV. I am not looking for any apology. My sincere request do NOT buy Airtel Digital TV HD or normal.
The product is probably great BUT Airtel customer service is painful.
1. Purchased Airtel Digital TV HD 10 days ago.
2. To get it installed had to follow up customer care no. 50 times in 5 days.
3. Airtel is subcontracting installtion to local vendors who are NOT QUALIFIED and just teenager mechanics. These non eductated installere do not speak politely and have no expertise to handel premium customers.
4. They do wrong data entry and did NOT enable HD activation.
5. I paid Rs. 2514 and they ented in thie rsystem Rs.999!!! Less balance so no activation.
6. Rakesh Ranga - must be sacked immediately as he is of no use.
7. Can anyone give me complaint redressal customer escalation contact number of India Head Airtel?
8. 10 days and 100 phone calls, 100 emails and no one to listen. Most pathectic experience is to buy a AIRTEL product. Mistake.
9. The mechanic took Rs.255 EXTRA stating that cable length is exceeding . Just 3 floow above.?? No receipt for extra cable wire???? No record of payment???? How unprofessional can this get? I gave him Rs.300 and yet he was waiting for more! Crazeee!

I agree 100% with the above complainant. Airtel's customer service is pathetic to say the lest. My HD stb has not been recieving signal since five days. First they refuse to take down the complaint, later after a lot of insisting they bother to take a compalint, but till date they are not bothered to sort it out. the techinical guy says no stb available in the city so wait. What do these people think they are doing us a big favour. Airtel has confirmed it is only good at advertising. Once they collect money for the product, they are not bothered. I hope somebody at Airtel reads this and gets the truth that they are the most unprofessional & shoddy service providers in the country. My very sincere request to 1 & all plz stay away from Airtel Digital TV
