I have my airtel mobile no.[protected] in Bharti Airtel - postpaid services for the past 6 years. Now-a-days
I am not able to login my account through www.airtel.in , which this website address given by the airtel service
provider.

1. I had checked my system through my service engineer and my network connection (Tata Docomo) for
my internet connection and these are working fine.
2. So the above problem only in that website address or corresponding some problem in airtel services.

Please do the needful immediately.

Bharti Airtel-Post paid — Airtel website

I'm not able to login to my account in Airtel postpaid website. It is always prone to error in connection. In case if it gets logged in I'm not able to launch a complaint in that website. I 'm not able to contact the customer care representative, which is a toll free number, if my outgoing is barred. I get really frustrated if my outgoing is barred since i wont know for what it has been barred neither would I know how to release my line.
i need to see my itemise bill . pls send the sms code to view my billing.
i want to view my airtel bill please send me a sms code to view it
Even I went through the same ordeal the one explained above. In my case, they gave me a reason of "address verification not cleared" for disconnecting my outgoing call. But the fact is they have disconnected my outgoing calls the very next after my address verification got cleared. This fact has been uttered by Airtel customer care center executives.

To get my outgoing calls activated literally I struggled for four days. After talking to more than 10 executives and three floor managers in the Airtel customer care centre. Whenever I asked about my outgoing calls, they used to take four hours to solve the problems. When I call after four hours, another executive will pick up the call on the other end, he or she will take another four hours to resolve the problem. Likewise they had taken 92 hours to solve my problem. I think Airtel trains its executives on how to give false promises and drag even the minor problems for several days.

We are living in the 21st century. I believe Airtel still uses the same old 16th century technology. For any minor issue they take four hours time to get back to you (even after four hours they will not get back to you, that's different matter. You are the one who should call them). And they won't respond to your emails. I sent four mails to Airtel Customer care, I got response only after my problem got solved. But there turnaround time for replying customer's emails is 24 hours!

I tried several times, but unfortunately not able to login. I had register this through online and had also received login id and password via SMS. but after trying that also I am not able to logon.

    Yesterday (22nd feb 2013 at around 11:00 pm i did a SMS recharge of Rs 52 from my Airtel Sim. by dialling *555# and selecting the 52 offer. After Confirming, it said that you r request would be processed within an Hour Where as till now ( 23rd Feb 23/02/13 6:35 pm) there has been no sign of the recharge. No doubt, no money from my balance has been cut as yet but i am being charged at rs 1 per msg.. and i am waiting for the SMS pack recharge to be done ! But it is not being processed yet.
    Please look into this case immediately. Thank You.

    AirTel — Sms recharge

    i had recharged my number with an sms scheme of rs.102 which gives 500 messeges free daily for 30 days.
    But as soon as i sent 100 messeges afterwards they started charging me . I called airtel customer service and the particular person started overacting. I mean he didn't give me a proper solution for my problems and he is arguing with me? what kind of dumb head do you'll give jobs? as well as my friend is facing the same problem... the customer service is pathetic... with this kind of behaviour you'll are losing your customers... and it's going to be your loss.. i want solution to my problem as soon as possible...
    A DAY IS OVER NOW !! CALLED UP CONSUMER SERVICE CENTER AND THEY THEMSELVES DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO !! TOTALLY USELESS !!!

    Your Customer Care is of totally no use ! The Lady on the phone asked me to do a recharge from my own dealer and check ! I did that and i got a recharge Done ! but That does not Solve My problem Sir !
    Till Today when i dial *555#
    and try to do a recharge
    i get the msg
    "Dear Subsriber your activation request is already in process"

    So am i Deprived o[censored]sing your facility of recharging directly from my phone using *555#
    Please do look into the matter !!

      I, Richa Anand booked the new Airtel Wi-Fi connection with a/c no. [protected], and Customer Enrollment Form - 454520 on 16th Feb, 2013 and checked with the sales person Anil with phone ([protected]), responsible for Miyapur Area, Hyderabad about 10 times that if I can use Wi-Fi system in multiple systems. (laptops and mobiles)

      I told that earlier there was an obligation o[censored]sing 4 systems in Airtel Wi-Fi and if that is the case, I do not want your connection. The sales person(Anil) took money from me and convinced that I can use it in multiple systems after writing an application that I am taking the ownership of any misuse.

      I agreed to it and gave Rs. 1000 to Anil for “8Mbps [protected]@999”plan and he gave me the receipt Customer Enrollment Form – 454520. After a week, today, 23rd Feb, 2013, when the technician came to install the connection, he told me that I can use only 4 systems at a time with Airtel. I called up Anil (the salesperson) and he said that he is helpless and can’t help. Just two days before the policy changed – which was completely a lie. Further, he said that you only have 2 systems so why are you looking for multiple systems – as if it’s his business as how much laptops I have!

      In addition, he said that I can get the connection installed and he will give me a Wi-Fi (router) WITHOUT LETTING THE TECHNICIAN KNOW so that I can use multiple systems – which is gain as per Airtel is not possible and such offers do not even exist!
      He also said that in case he will not give a Wi-Fi router, I can use the connection for one month and then disconnect that. He was doing a fraud just to complete his sales target which was ridiculous.

      I have cancelled the connection and expecting the money to get back in 21 days. However, according to the sales person (Anil), I will get in 4 days – God knows HOW???? So many wrong information!

      I have already lodge a complaint with Airtel customer service (Complaint number –[protected] and sent the email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com and expecting the concerned authority to take the action.

      Sales people are doing fraud with the customers and giving them wrong information just to take money. There sould be some action to be taken against AIRTEL to stop this fraud.

      AirTel — Airtel people fraud

      I got a call from Airtel customer Care ([protected]) it's airtel Cust Care number and they gave the information regarding their New plane. Company executive (rakesh) came to me and fill the form and collect 800 rs (form no 616716). No scheme is activited nobody picked up a call on against number. No customer care help...

        Hi, i recharged my airtel prepaid with 3g plan of Rs152 in which i should get 500MB 3G and 500 MB 2G on 8th feb 2013. I received 500 MB of 3G balance but didnot received 500MB of 2G balance. I registered a complain with customer care of airtel on 16 feb after i got a message that your complain has been resolved but i didnot received any balance. again i called customer care of airtel but they replied me that your complain has been resolved and we cannot do anything.
        If it is like that i have to opt for MNP .airtel has to refund my 2G balance of 500 MB.
        Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        Bharti Airtel Limited - mumbai — Non Acceptance of complaint

        Dear Sir,

        This is reference to my prepaid Airtel No. [protected], on monday dt 4/05/09 I had activated Rs 25 unlimited gprs plan for the day. After confirmation of acitivation & charges, I used the internet & after disconnecting I found that usage charges has been deducted amounting to Rs 81.60. I made a complaint to 121 customercare, ref no. [protected], I was told the same will be refunded if wrongly deducted & also confirmed forfurther usage as I wanted to use the gprs for the day. For further usage again amount was deducted Rs 8.10 & Rs. 117.69. For the next 2 days I had received calls form airtel saying the amount deducted was correct as per my usage & when I said I was using the Rs 25 unlimited gprs pack for the day, the only response was the complain will be forwarded. Again I had given the same complaint in 198 customercare ref no [protected], the same story happened again.

        This is not the only case, earlier on 01/05/09 I had sent 2 messages & my balance amount was kept on deduction unless I pressed the red button. On 4th I had discussed the same while calling for the above complaint, they refused to take the complain for this as their system showed that I had sent 6 messages. Thank God I had pressed the red button otherwise it would have shown 12 messgaes. Interestingly I have received 2 delivery reports only & to whom I had sent the message, the had also recd 1 each (2person).

        Actually I have 2 airtel nos, [protected] prepaid & [protected] postpaid and I had planned to discontinue both the numbers but still making the complaint in order to make sure such issues never happen for other consumers.

        Request to kindly consider the above complaint & act accordingly.

          Hi, I have activated DND on my phone but airtel still sends the message and started deducting amount from account without my notice. When i called the call center the representative was rude and harsh and rudely said that she will credit the account. When i asked for the supervisor, she said the supervisors are busy and will call me back me back in 2 hours but none called me back. I again called them after 2 days, the representative said someone from the technical department will call me back but none called me back. Its been more than a week i am trying to fix this issue but airtel is least bothered to resolve my issue. This is never the service i expected from airtel. My number is[protected].I sincerly will not recommend any of them to airtel because they just debit the money from the customer's account without even informing to the customers.

            Dear Sir,

            This is Koustav Roy from kolkata. I was totally harassing by service from Airtel. I was taken a Airtel 3G sim from Airtel store at Garia Kolkata. and i was informed that this is unlimited plan @600/- where 3GB is under 3G speed and then it will drop down into 2G. so i was satisfied and take the connection. After taken the connection i faced problem for Network fluctuating , So i launched a complaint. But they cannot able to solve me out for the same. so i was surrender the connection. Now they are asking me 3200 rupees from me for using the service for 20n Days only. Where my plan was for unlimited. and when i asked for the bill i was seen full bill was a copy of mistake competition. First the Billing cycle related. My billing cycle was started from 20th but i have been charged from 18th and 19th. not only that for using the service of 20 sec & 12 sec i have been charged 1796 & 1794 rupees. Can you believe that. I also attached the copy of that along with highlighted. Now they are stop one of my post paid connection. I Have total 8 Post paid connection. All are very important. So who gave permission to STOP one corporate connection. I was continuously mail to every department of Airtel, No body can able to solve the issue and upper that they stop one connection. i was mailed to appelate, presence, 121, manoj kohli, DOT and TRAI for the same. But not get response from any body. Now i attached the document please find this out. It was your fault not mine so why you stop the connection. If any body can help me please help me.             Today I also visit ARC at Park Street Kolkata, But the manager was also shocked to see that but cannot able to help me on the same. He also inform that this mistake was done by Airtel but he cannot able to help me out. He informed to mail this concern to Nodal. If an Manager is also acknowledge the concern then what service is given by Airtel. I also would like to inform Don't try to stop any connection. i have the hard copy of everything which i was shown to ARC manager Malay at park Street i will take a big steps against you and also start my connection ASAP.9 i.e. [protected] which you are stopped today. If you are not able to help me on the same i will stop each and every connection from Airtel i already start to do that. you can check i already apply for MNP of my [protected].             My Billing cycle was from 20th october to 19th november. And i was charged from 18th october. and for 20 and 12 sec usages i have been charged 1794 and 1796 rupees amount.

              I am a subscriber of Airtel Broadband services since 2004. Till about 2 years ago, their service against my complaints were satisfactory. However, for the past 2 years their service has been inefficient and unsatisfactory. The latest complaint from me was that the Broadband speed is varying resulting in loosing the website all of a sudden. One of the technical person visited my house, after lot of persuasion. After checking the system and connections, he told me that the Modem has to be replaced at my cost. All these years, whenever the Modem went out of order, their technicians visiting were replacing free of charge because the Modem belonged to them. But this time, the person insisted that I have to pay because the Company has changed its policy for the last 2 years. I informed him and another person who called me this morning that it is their duty to replace their own Modem and that I will not pay for it. I also told them that I have not been informed about their change in the policy which they are obliged to inform their Customers. Now I am at a dead-end. Inspite of having a Broadband connection and paying for it, I am not able to make use of the service. Is it the way of leaving their valuable customers of more than 8 years standing in lurch?

              Dear Sir,

              I am V. K. Ariel having Airtel Broadband service with a/c no.[protected] and user ID- [protected]_mp using since last many years.
              During past, many broadband schemes have come to exist. My present monthly package (plan) is of 1 Mbps bandwidth with high speed data transfer limit of 5 GB for which I regularly pay monthly bills. Present billing is of Rs.616/-per month.

              Since almost 5-6 months, I am facing problem of low bandwidth for which I have been constantly complaining to Customer Care & Airtel representatives but no redressal till date.
              In view of above, I am forced to bring following to your kind notice for earliest remedial action please -

              1. Without actual use, the data usage exceeds the high speed data transfer limit of 5 GB just within 7-15 days.
              2. Actual bandwidth being received right from day one of the month is 512 Kbps instead of 1 Mbps.
              3. After fictitious crossing of high speed data transfer limit (pt. 1), the bandwidth goes down to 256 Kbps.
              Please note - Every time customer care is approached, I am advised to check the unbilled usage in my account which invariably shows higher download than actual.
              This is to request to look into my problem seriously and help provide proper services.

Then I spoke to the customer care personnel he told even if it is ur mistake or bychance if you have done it then also we cannot refund the money and disconnected the call . I tried once again but now there was no option this in the ivrs to speak to the customer care.                 BHARATI AIRTEL — wrong charges

                Hi,
                I am using bharati airtel from 2 years. Today I got two messages from the number 64611020 about downloading truetone from Airtel Live WAP & charged Rs.20/-each for the same, but I haven't download any truetone from that site. So, I requested to airtel to reverse the charges.

                In the said bill you have given adjustments for Roaming rentals. This is a corrective action on your part after 8 (eight) months. However, again you have charged in the above referred bill "MONTHLY ROAMING CHARGES". I failed to understand your attitude while billing. Can you tell me, when you will refund this excess charge in bill referred above and stop doing such wrong billing?

                  AirTel — recharging-talk time

                  I bought prepaid airtel connection ([protected]) on 21-6-08 with validity upto 2011. When the balance was Rs 90/ i requested the balanced to be increased by Rs 400/ in Sarojini nagar shop, New Delhi. They recharged after taking Rs 400/- to only Rs. 322/-. Why i should not be given full talk time of 400? Hope the company will do the needfull to keep the confidence of the customer

I GOT ATLEAST 100 TIMES ASSURANCE FROM COMPANY FOR SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT COMPANY DONOT RESPOND ME. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENCE. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].

                  My Name is Reju K.G and my mob no.[protected].I recharged Rs.197 on 8th Aug 2009.At that time i got 444 min a to a talktime. But after 3 days i didnt get remaining talktime of 556 min.When i complaint to cust. care they told me that you will not get this remaining talktime, because this offer is withdrawed.
                  But I got this offer msg of 1000 min a to a after 8th Aug 2009. Why are u cheating like this. I am angry and this is too very bad service.
                  I have requested for a airtel broadband connection in Lakhsmipuram, Thiruvanmiyur. As I talked with the concerned person named sarvanan (Contact No: [protected]), he told me that they are going to give me the connection within 11/08/2009 and I have filled up the form and given all necessary documents on 08/082009 and the installation charge. On tues day(10/08/2009) I called the person but no reply. On 11/08/2009 I called him again but no reply. Finally I went there on 12/08/2009 and some other person told the Mr Sarvanan went to his native so probably they are going to give me the connection on either 13/08/2009 or 14/08/2009. Today (14/08/2009) I called that person and he replied that he is going to call me back within 15 min. but I didnt receive any cal after 4 hour. So Finally I went to the Airtel conter to ask about the connection and they are telling now that all the connection port in that area is full so they are unable to give the connection unless somebody disconnected the connection. So they refund me back the money and all documents.

                  No My question is that why they waste my 1 week. Who will compensate that? They can tell me the thing at the first day when I asked for the connection before filling up the form. So I can go to somewhere else.

                  My request is please take care about your problem first before promising somebody to giving the connection.

                  I had really a very bad experience with airtel and in future I will never go and also recomend others to avoid this service provider as they simply harresed me.

                  AirTel — Talktime not received

                  Dear Sir
                  I recharged my prepaid no: [protected] for Rs 200/- from the HDFC Bank’s website. However , even though I received a confirmation message from 555555 that the recharge had been successful , I have not received the required talktime on my number. Since afternoon , I have called Airtel's customercare many times but no one seems to be able to help me in this regard.

                  I called up the customercare in the evening but after a lot of dillydallying and trying to explain away this issue the customercare executive came up with a novel explanation that I call up a no *121*6# (or something like that) and that I would find my balance to be Rs 12550/- , or something which I need to finish in 3 days time.

                  I did a normal recharge through the abovementioned site for Rs 200/- and got your message from tha number 555555, that my talktime was Rs 179.28, which means that my recharge was a regular one. Therefore the talktime should be credited to my number immediately.

                  My various interactions with Airtel's customercare has been lousy to say the least and shows a lack of training from the organization to handle either customers or their issues.

                  Therefore, I request you to kindly ensure that my mobile no. is credited with the necessary talktime associated with recharge of Rs 200/- , ie Rs 179 .28/- immediately and this company should be suitably penalised for taking their customers for a ride.

                  I received a call from somebody at your Delhi office telling me that the talktime for my recharge had been credited to some secondary account instead of my primary account, WHICH IS NOT MY BLOODY PROBLEM...All I want is to get my talktime of Rs 179 against the recharge that I had done.
                  Basically his call was meant to tell me that my complaint had been lobbed back to the West Bengal circle and I need to call the customercare, which dosen't bloody care a damn, and ask them what talktime plans they have relevant for west bengal / kolkata.
                  I WILL NOT CALL ANYONE, LET ALONE THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER.
                  I RECHARGED FOR RS 200/- AND I WANT THE CORRESPONDING TALKTIME FOR THAT.
                  This is the last straw...I will take legal action against this insensitive company for all the trouble I had to go through and probably switch all the 5 airtel nos which are there in my family, to some other service provider.

                  First Issue
                  I recharged my below mobile numbers on 19th July at 10:25 AM with Rs 500

                  I got a message from Airtel that Recharge successful of Rs 500, Talktime credited Rs 442, proessing fee Rs 3, Service Tax Rs 55.
                  On both the numbers.

                  I checked with customer care as well. The reference number of the call done on 19th July at 10:30 AM is[protected]

                  I was told that the extra talktime or full talk time can be received only if recharge donw through LAPU (i.e. retailer).
                  If that is the case., then why this information is available on website.

                  This is a malpractive followed by Airtel authorities to fool customers.

                  I have recently migrated both of the above numbers to Airtel via MNP and I get this?

                  Second Issue:
                  When I migrated to Airtel, I had paid 140 for each number where I was promised that I would be getting 110 talktime in both these numbers.
                  Till now I have not received it. I think I will get only after migrating using MNP to some other service provider.

                  Please resolve both these issues.

                    The Relocation details is been provide to Airtel DTH Helpline no [protected] on 19th Feb 2013 for which confirmation no. 28378016 and contact no [protected] was received. I have received a call on 20th morning from the contact no which I couldn't receive due to an official meeting. I called back after 15 minutes but nobody picked up the phone.
                    On 21st Feb 2013, again a complain is been done on help line no. provided above for which a reference no 28420747 is been provided with a promise of resolving the complain with in 24 hours. The same day I called the contact no 30 times but no one bothered to pick the phone and once they picked the phone and kept it unattended so that I will lose my money.
                    On 22nd Feb 2013, again I have booked a complain for such behavior and my complained was booked with reference no. 28449273 with an assurance of resolving the matter within 24 hours and an escalation mail was been send to area manager so that this will be resolved quickly. I got a call from the service engineer also assuring to install the connection by 4 pm but no response and negligence of my call was made after regular attempts of my call to them.
                    Finally I had spoken to Process manager Sonu, Sr. Agent Preeti and Pooja on helpline to resolve the issue but no response till now. I am really disappointed and frustrated with such followup and response from a service provider.
                    I NEED A JUSTICE ON SUCH BEHAVIOR AND COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT IN THIS MATTER

                      Further to my email sent 10 minutes ago, I found the email below from ICICI Bank Credit Cards at 1335 hrs 20/02/13. I also received an SMS Alert. You can see that it confirms the 2nd payment of Rs 2500 to recharge my Account. However, the payment seems to have failed due to your technical problem referred to in my previous email.

                      Let me make it quite clear that I want to recharge only Rs 2500 and not more. Due to the Total mess in your own payment gateway because of the incompetence of your technical team, any recharge beyond Rs 2500 due to duplicate payments should be refunded immediately.

                        I am no longer using the number [protected].
                        I wrote many mails to the airtel about closing the connection.
                        I paid my all the dues in the month of december. I was informed by the
                        cashier that my account is closed and I will no longer receive any bill against this number.
                        So, why still I am receiving the bill when my account is closed.
                        When I asked the cashier about closing the connection why he said that my connection is closed
                        even when it was still opened according to customer care.

                        When I talked to operator for closing the connection they were saying to go to Airtel Shop
                        for closing the connection. The same I did, so why my account is still not closed.

                        According to the final letter from airtel, I paid all my dues as mentioned in the letter.
                        After paying the bill I wrote the mail to Mr. Sachin Patole about paying the dues and closing
                        of the connection. I received no response from him.

                        Why Airtel provide all these emails ids when no action is taken by the airtel on customer grieavences.

                        Please sort out this matter as I am writing to airtel for closing this connection since september 2012

                          After my earlier complaint by Email about 4 hours ago, it appears that you activated the payment gateway. Consequently, I was able to recharge my account with Rs 2500.00 by credit card. The payment was confirmed by SMS as well as by the email below by ICICI Bank. Both my STBs were kept on when recharging.

                          I logged into my Account from your website to find that the above Recharge amount has not been updated. It is showing a Balance of Rs. 10.29.

                          Some scoundrels from your staff must be trying to show that I have not recharged before the expiry date of my Magnum 3 M Advance rent pack - Oct 2012, so that you do not have to give me the benefit of the Bonus credit Offer based on Rs 2500.

                          I phoned your Bangalore Call centre[protected] to complain to them. After following then Voice activated menu which was in English, I chose the option to speak to a Customer Care executive who could speak only in Kannada. From the little I could make out he was telling me to choose the English option from the menu. There was no English option to choose from the Voice Menu, but it was all in English till I chose to speak to a Customer Care executive who could speak only Kannada.

                          Not only is your Airtel Digital TV Company staffed with Uneducated , but your Call centre Voice activated response system is Stupid.

                          What are you going to do about this Total mess where nothing seems to work smoothly?

                          Further to my email of 0146 hrs 20-12-13 and ICICI Bank credit card payment advise to Bharti Telemdia, I am attaching a 2 page screen shot of another attempt made to make a payment of Rs 2500 for the renewal of my current 3M pack before its expiry tonight.
                          You can see that the payment did not go through because of some technical problem in your payment gateway which can be seen on pg 2 of the screen shot. Please advise why this is happening and what needs to be done to make payment immediately. As explained in my previous email, there is a problem speaking to an English speaking Customer care executive at your Call center[protected].

                          Bharti Airtel — Straining messsages from airtel even after my bank account confirms making payment

                          I am Yogesh Kumar, a customer of airtel for more than two years.
                          During the month of february, I paid the monthly bill by the debit card.
                          But the airtel account showed that I have not paid the bill.
                          Four to Five times I have provided the banking details of the transaction
                          where it clearly shows that the money has been sent to Bharti Airtel's account.
                          But still nothing has been sorted out. I have mailed all the details 3 times but
                          still no solutions from the customer care end.
                          Now, I was shocked to see the message saying that my outstanding bill has been
                          forwarded to their outsourcing agency for assistance in payment .
                          This message is really bothering the status of mind and has disturbed me.
                          How can they send it to them if the complaint has not yet been resolved ?
                          They are so unethical that even after sending mails to their customer care, branches etc.
                          there has been no courtesy call even.
                          I am registering the complaint with the Consumer Court so that such unnecessary
                          botheration of customers could be controlled.

                          Airtel DTH — Not getting SMS alerts

                          My customer id is [protected]. I purchased STB on 29 July 09 which came with 3 months free subscription. For testing I made a top up of Rs 50/- from my Registered mobile number. But I did not receive SMS confirmation. On contacting their call centre reply was not satisfactory.
                          Even My account section shows no data available in all sections. Call centre is of no help.

NO... still it remains same. "u r card is not authorized" i cald thm again. Guess wat the said?....... the said sorry sir we sent it wrongly! U have enough balance….! Wat the hell with thm. Im so pissed off. Anyway I just told them to work it out. So the gave another c. num (978687) so the will tel in two days the problm will be solved. And after tht one guy will cal us nd he ill ask wther it got solved r not nd he ill tel will u cal back. Thts it he ill never cal us back. I just fed up with this stupid guys. Again after 2 days I cald thm nd same story. Again the gave one c.num (990072). Manytimes it’s a headace process to contect these c.service guys. It ill get disconnected while v talking. Nd we will do wat ever the say like dail 1 to go there dail 4 to go there dial 2 to talk to out excutive nall. After this when the ringing goes the connection will disconnect. Tht time ill think like killing those everyguys working for airtel dtv. Still there r messages cumming to my mobile says negative balance. I don’t know wat to do. I cant type it anymore its paining. Here is sum more ( c. numbers 994369 , 1002733 ). Today is 5th of september 2009 . still this problm is not solved. Our money is waste. If the don’t know how to solve it r run it why the start this stupid airtel dtv. Seriously im going to do sum action.

                          I have a connection bearing consumer number [protected]. I did the web recharge of Rs.1000 using my credit card on 13th November 2011. When i did the recharge there was an offer which said, for a recharge of Rs.999 a bonus of Rs.99 will be credited.
                          However, i recharged for Rs.1000 thinking that i will get the credit of Rs.99, i am being told that since, i recharged for Rs.1000 i am not eligible for the bonus of Rs.99. I am not able to understand the logic behind this stupid answer being received from airtel customer care..

                          Further to my email sent 10 minutes ago, I found the email below from ICICI Bank Credit Cards at 1335 hrs 20/02/13. I also received an SMS Alert. You can see that it confirms the 2nd payment of Rs 2500 to recharge my Account. However, the payment seems to have failed due to your technical problem referred to in my previous email.

                          Let me make it quite clear that I want to recharge only Rs 2500 and not more. Due to the Total mess in your own payment gateway because of the incompetence of your technical team, any recharge beyond Rs 2500 due to duplicate payments should be refunded immediately.

                              Bharti Airtel — Airtel DTH Problem from last month

                              Our Airtel DTH is not working from atleast one month. Service center has changed our STB twice for Rs. 500/- but problem is still not resolved. We have call airtel call center and airtel service center for this but we feel that the are not serious about this. Out Customer ID is [protected] and our View Card no. is[protected]. We are mentally harrased. I want that airtel should return back atleast double money back to me which they have charged for STB and bill plan.

                              Airtel dth website is the worst dth website I have experienced so far. Nothing works in this website...viewing your channel package details or order a la carte packages or recharge...nothing works fine in this website.
                              We can understand if it happens for a day or two. But the site is having problems always. They are not solving it. I don't know what is the problem with them. They must understand that Indian consumers are not donkeys. They will pay the price for this total negligence.

                                  At 2100 hrs on 22/02/13 I called up customer care of AIRTEL because I was suddenly charged Rs.5 for downloading an Airtel fashion Hunt, which I have not done. I called up to inform that Why I was charged for something which I have not done. The Customer care Person( a male Guy) was talking in bengali and in a very rude accent.
                                  1st he asked me if I use internet, I said sumtimes I do But I use a prepaid connection. I told him I had not downloaded this thing but He kept on arguing with me that i have done the download, I told I have not done the download from the internet, Then He suddenly told me "How come you say you have downloaded from internet when you have not downloaded from internet?'" He only asked me at first whether I use internet. He was behaving very rudely and he seem to have not got a little bit training how to talk to women. I asked him the final question whether I can retreive back my amount. I think he does not understand English. I had to repeat two times and then very Bluntly he said NO. U may think why I am writing for such a small amount but I was charged wrongly and that too greeted with A VERY ILL BEHAVED RESPONSE. Thsi has happened earlier also with the customer care many a times with my family and other friends for which they have left Airtel.

                                  I hope this kind of treatment with customers will be checked a little.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    We have purchased Micro SIM card of Airtel from telecaller of Airtel with Mobile no.[protected]. The SIM with printed no.[protected]. Two week later card is not get activated under reason that address is fraud where verification person has personally visited from Airtel and take 300/- and electricity bill and confirm the address. Even after too much followup we got no response.

                                    Second, we go to Airtel gallery at old Panvel (Opp. MTNL bldg.) and purchased new card @ cost of 300/- rs. with new number [protected]. All required documents are provided and confirm by Airtel gallery executives. Micro SIM card was out of stock hence they ask to wait for 6 days or go to New Panvel. We got same response and ask to visit Vashi, Sect-17 gallery. After visiting I got card cut in to micro size and number starts working.

                                    Immediately on 2nd day received a acll from old-Panvel gallery from number[protected]. Since I was on duty with my Boss, I ask lady to call me after sometime. I have not received any call from same number and my number got deactivated immediately. I have called on same no. 20 times but not get call pciked-up.

                                    I'm totally helpless because of no number is active now.

                                    Please provide me any suggestion.

                                    I am also very disappointed with the services provided in airtel old panvel gallery
                                    i am working in a company and purchased 30 sim cards with 3G unlimited in lot till date we are facing problems with the same.
                                    we wanted to make corporate relationship with them but they are treating us like daily customer.
                                    for every new connection they ask documents, verification 3 days to activate the same.
                                    The branch owner Mr. Ganpathy should look after it as they are loosing goodwill and image of bharti airtel because of the same.
                                    they had given us one of their employee contact number for co ordination but most of times he did not picked up the call.

                                    I am using airtel sim in my personal phone also and from last 15 days i can not access my internet in home network, i had visited this gallery many times called on 121 thousand times but nobody gave me solution for the same till date i can not use it in my phone.

                                    REALLY AIRTEL SERVICE IS VERY POOR...GUYS PLEASE DONT BUY AIRTEL...VODAFONE IS BETTER OPTION THEN...

                                    I dont understand how a reputed company like Airtel can behave so irresponsibly.

                                      I want to mention here one very pathetic experience which I would have never expected from giant AIRTEL.
                                      My customer ID is [protected] . This HD setbox restarts after every 4 minutes while watching some program. Here the signals are fine and clear but this problem is there. So I registered a complaint for this on 16th Feb 2013 but till now 22 nd Feb no one visited my home to look at this issue. Everytime I gets call from some guys "Sir what is the problem". I have to re-iterate this problem to all of them and at last they reply "Sir, we do not have setup box for HD now so it will come in next 2-3 days." So now it is been 7 days but no one ever has visited my home to look into the real issue. This is the worst service I have seen in my life time. Then again I registered complaint with customer service on 18th , 20th, 22nd but no outcome. They just mention "sir we will resolve this in next 24 hours" . I don't know why they are behaving like as if we are all foolish customers???

                                      I have decided to change the connection finally and will remove my both connections and will also try that no one in my close contacts and friends buy AIRTEL DTH connection ever.

                                      In July, 08, I had complained to your call centre regarding stating problem.A mechenic visited my place, downloaded the softwear, and I paid the stipulated charges.The settop box takes lot of time in stating .The problem was not solved.The machenic had informed me that the settop box is an old model .Again I contacted Call center within a month time.I was told that they will look into again, but till date there is no result of my complaint.I have paid you much more than what you are charging from the new customer[ to whome you provide latest equipments].I fail to understand your treatment to your old loyal Customer of not providing proper service eventhough I have already paid.Pl. repair my settop box to reduce the starting time or replace the same.Pl. note I have already paid the charges in July, 08, and I was told by call centre that I wii not be charged again.Kindly inform me the time to be taken and the action from your side.The roll of your callcenter also needs to be reviewed for falls promises and no action.

                                        On 20/12/12 I received an SMS from you that wef 24 Dec you are removing ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD from your platform. Rs 50 will be credited to my account towards Advance rent charged. I checked my account to find that you have not credited the amount of Rs 50 to my account as on 25/12/12. What kind of joke is this? You collect advance rent and then don't credit the amount after removing the 2 HD channels.
                                        What you are doing is cheating. Are you going to credit the amount or not?

                                        When I have sent you a grievance by email and you want to reply by phone, it leads me to believe that you do not want me to have a record of your reply. Your reply below is rather ridiculous as the alternate number was given in the subject line of my email. Your reply also does not address the issue of refunding Rs 50 for deactivating ESPN HD & STAR CRICKET HD from my Magnum pack wef 24/12/12.
                                        Furthermore, I paid in advance for 3 months pack from 24/11/12 to 23/02/13, You are supposed to refund Rs 50 for the 2nd month and another Rs 50 for the 3rd month.
                                        What nonsense is your Company trying?
                                        I want your reply in writing to clarify the issue and I expect to see the refunds in my account.

                                        We understand that the non availability of ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD channels would have inconvenienced you.

                                        We would like to inform you that ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD channels has been replaced with Zee Studio HD and Sony Six HD. We are not providing any adjustment of Rs. 50 per month to any customer as we have replaced but provide two channels also. We are carrying 15 HD channels on our platform including a few from Star TV group. We would have no problem carrying two more. We are still trying to commercially negotiate for these channels. If successful, we would bring them back on our platform and inform you through relevant media.

                                        CUSTOMERS REMARKS: THEY HAVE WITHDRAWN 2 TOP QUALITY SPORTS HD CHANNELS AND REPLACED THEM WITH 2 HD CHNLS OF MUCH LESSER QUALITY FOR THE SAME PRICE. THEY HAVE GONE BACK ON THEIR WORD SENT BY SMS (SEE 1ST EMAIL ABOVE) TO REFUND THE RENTAL COST OF THE WITHDRAWN CHNLS.
