I agree to this, I have been chasing them from last 3 years for the launch of the project but evertime they have given me assurances of two months . I believe they dont have the intention of launching the project . Let us come together

I am an advocate and was instructed to draft a legal notice for my client against AJS Builders for their Indrapuram site. After a little investigation into the matter i have come to know that the said AJS builders claim to be an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, therefore you people also have a cause of action against ISO for the fraud. I shall be claiming the releief and damages from ISO in addition to AJS builders for the fraud in case. I think it would be better if i file the said claim against ISO for damages on behalf of all who were cheated by AJS Builders instead of just one client. In case any one of you is interested in joining hands agaisnt AJS Builders and claiming relief from a more Reliable source i.e from ISO plz contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

I agree. These are really fraud builders. Home search, their agent took money from us four years ago against a prelaunched Indirapuram property. They ran off after taking our money. The builders did nothing for their project in Indirapuram and we then requested for a cancellation at their office in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg. They mentioned their CEO expired and his wife is not able to handle the projects. She is merging it with some another company and will be able to finish the projects soon. We did not rely on them and gave a written cancellation with refund letter. It has been already a year now, we have got no information on this.

AJS on the net has announced launching of following properties in Indirapuram. Another big fraud. Trying to catch up with more money. Two properties have same address as of the AJS Indirapuram project where we have invested. the land is vacant behind the Indirapuram School/DPS school.

This builder is a big fraud. I invested in AJS Sonepat project and it has been aroiund 4 years. Nothing has happened.. I am not sure if I am going to get my money back. Just want to know if anyone of you has registered a case anywhere or any one known to you has been able to get our money back.

i, satya paul and my son in law and daughter invested money in their gannaur prelaunch project.at that time they were calling the investors for further instalments.the fact is that this project was stopped by govt.of haryana.they are not returning the money.even cheques issued to investors were either stopped or bounced back.some persons case are pending in karkadooma court.but every hearing their advocate make one execuse or the other.if you go to their office they will say deposit the original recipt and we will return the stamped duplicate recipt of the original and payments will start from december, 2010.but every person says they will not return the money.now in times of india, 11th september, page no 23, warrants have been issued against ms madu sngh and ms geeta singh.now every one must understand that how ajs builders deeply involved in fraud.all persons who have invested money in their gannaur project shall join together and fight legally.after where the money has gone.pl contact my email [protected]@rediffmail.com.my mob [protected]

I totally denounce with the fact that the company is been cheating on us as the owner of the company could have shutdown the firm as soon as the CEO of the company expired but i must appreciatiate the strong lady who has been facing us since last 3 years putting comments on google wont solve our problem I have been calm and i've got my money back and do not have any problems with the company
