I have invested Rs. 3, 12, 000 in may 2006 in Indirapuram project . I have applied for refund inmarch 2009 .Please advice how to get our hard earned amount back.

My suggestion is to lock that office with main person & owner till payment received. Me and my husband had invested in their Indrapuram residential project. There has been no progress on the project and have been receiving only false commitments from the company on the commencement of construction. There has been a news that Economic offense wing has registered a case against the builder for duping 200 investors for 3 locations including Indrapuram.

Moreover i believe their MD had passed away and his wife was/is in jail, which caused halting of their progress on the projects.

Have any one of you been able to recover your money? If yes, do let me know the ways and means so that I could also follow up for my hard earned money.

i invested seven lakhs in AJS Indirapuram in2005 . there were regular correspondence from builders for almost first 3-4 years wishing diwali, assuring start of the project every time. meanwhile they shifted from akashdeep building to gole market. almost every six months we visited AJS... Mr uppadhay malik, haiderali all these people every time assured the launch of project to take place at the earliest, they gave the site map too as a token of assurance and said minor administrative problems were causing the delay. three years back there also was a letter for bhumi pujan which never took place the reason given was said demise of director. however, till date it seems to be a mirage. office at gole market has been shut down too. pls advise and help. I would like to assist you in legal recourse against AJS Builders Ltd which would help in getting back your money alongwith interest. I would like to assist you in your legal recourse/action against AJS Builders for claiming the invested amount from AJS Builders. You have to send a legal notice through an Advocate under your instructions and on your behalf & then file a complaint case against AJS Builders under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in the District Consumer Forum New Delhi in order to receive back your initial booking/registration amount along with interest and compensation from such Builders.The case takes about one and half years to complete the whole case. I am handling such type of cases against AJS Builders. Apart from this some people have filed criminal complaints against the company in the Economic Offence Wing after which the director has been arrested and the investors have started getting back their money through court on the interim amount being paid by AJS Builders in the court. I am also handling civil and criminal court case against AJS Builders and Directors of AJS Builders. If you feel interested then you can contact me for initiating a legal action against AJS Builders. Also would like to get the refund of your money invested from courts. Recently some investors have received their money from courts.

Regarding AJS namely "Hill View Apartments Gurgaon"

As we all are aware, Licence has been cancelled by Harayana town planning commision in June 2012. Now people have approached Haryana and Punjab High court .

Can anyone suggest / name or point of contact who have logged a compaint in Haryana and Punjab High court ? so that rest people like me also contribute and get benifits of Court Verdict?

ALso not sure if its possible, make a commety out of owners of flats, claim for land and build the apartments by 3rd party builder. Get ready to Pay extra for contraction if required.
