Can any one inform the status of court proceeding against AJS builder and its expected outcome. If any investor has not lodged any police complaint and/or not a part of court proceeding against AJS whether his case will also be at par with those who has initiated legal action.

Always they say that there is some political dispute which will be sorted out and we will start work very soon. When I visited Goal Market one year back, there is no office there.Peaple in neighboring told that they have shifted their office but failed to provide address.

Ltd. in the interest of their Gannaur Project in 2008, after that i claimed for Refund and i was given Post Dated Cheques (which bounced), then after that i Continued to visit their office for 3-4 Months, situated at 8, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg, Gole Market, Delhi.
Finally, I Filed a Civil Suite against them and i was Awarded the Decree by Rohini Court in 2013, now I am unable to Trace their whereabouts for the retrieval of my money.
Please let me know if there is anyway of getting money back from those Thugs.

I am also a victim of AJS Builders. I had filed a civil case and won a decree in my favor. However the company is still not ready to pay. on filing the execution petition I have been told to furnish the bank account details of AJS Builders pvt ltd.

I am a victim of AJS fraud. I invested in their Gurgaon project and paid almost 9 lakh to them. I am interested to join any group that is willing to take legal action against the builder.

I would liked bring to your notice that please refrain in investing in any project of AJS builders.
There are 100's of cases against AJS builders in both consumer court and Economic offences wing.
I along with many of my friends had invested about 5.80 Lacs. in ASJ township in Sonipath for this Builder.
It has been 10 years now we have got nothing. Please advice I want to join the group against AJS Builder..
