I have my complaint to register. I contacted indore akai service centre and was told by one mr. shakir that there is no provision of installation demo for new t.v.s, however from the same no. i received a call about the demo.
i suggest mr. shakir should be questioned about this and given some training about how to run a service set up.

akai tv — Akai TV defective
My Akai TV model 2902 is defective for the last two days. The complaint was rendered yesterday morning but nobody from service Centre has visited even after more than 30 hours. I expect Akai service centre for TVs to be more customer friendly and prompt in attending to the Complaints which, unfortunately is not happening in my case.

akai company sends sms like this you get free gift of akai 26'' led tv and asking money for service tax(1025/-) and transportation charge(1690/-) (please customers these all are cheating) don't send money i[censored] get sms like this. The company is cheating like this sms akaitv naam se ayega. contact numbers yese aayega [protected] ivrs bhi aayega dont send money any one
Akai clour Tv is junk, they are cheating people with low quality picture tube, my Tv came upto warranty of 1 year, after i year poor colour visible, my relative & friend make fun saying you are fooled by Akai

i am advicing people not to buy any akai companys products from my experience.After sales service is poor and the quality is also very bad.Please send your complaints to consumer protection counsil because they are cheating the customers.
