[Resolved]  AKR Parcel Service — Delay of delivery

Akr parcel service pvt. ltd. is a fast growing iso 9001:2000 certified company, with an aim to become the no.1. parcel service company in india before 2020. the directors of the company are engineers, with strong aspirations to bring in a positive difference... they says like this on their website, but here i wish to tell you all a parel delay of mine, one of my client has been sent a parcel from coimbatore to palakkad (distance between the two palces is only 50 kms), but the parcel i got only after 9 days, i asked to their different outlet in kerala, and coimbatore, all of them whom picked up the phone says that no idea, i was confused these days, so i am not telling all you to parcel with ark, but you have to get the actual delivery data from them...
