[Resolved] Aliens Space Station — Aliens Group | |
We booked a Flat in Aliens Space Station in 2006. Flat No: 829. Till date we have paid around 18 Lakhs to the Builder and till date our flat is NOWHERE near beginning, forget about completion. It will take another 2-3 years to even near completion. We had invested money with a plan and now we really need the returns and cannot wait for another 3 years (if not more). We have been in contact with Aliens Customer Care and we were assured of a Resale with a profit of 8 - 10 Lakhs, since the rates have increased. After repeated follow ups, we were promised a sale by Dec 2012 by them. We could not contact them since then. Now a new person in Aliens Customer Care says he can only cancel the booking and return the amount paid by us "with no deductions". This is what we get after being with the company for 6 Years??? Our Hard Money has been blocked for all these years, we paid EMI, and now only thing Aliens can offer is giving money back "with no deductions". Simple maths tells us that the money would have doubled in a normal fixed deposit itself. We are now exploring options to get the money back from Aliens with interest. We have all the required documents and mails from Aliens Customer Care promising the Resale. Please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |

Lodha says "Luxury Living", Manjeera says " Higher living", Aliens Says "Intelligent living". Where to go? Where to invest? Which living should we opt? These would always be a question, after all it is related with our hard earned money. Somebody told me that the consultants which Aliens Group are having belongs to Singapore, London and SPARCH.
The quality which they are using for Aliens Space Station is best (Sources already let me know about Aliens wining international property prizes). Friends please comment if I can invest in Aliens Space Station...
This is really good project and i surprise to see the decipline this builder has on looking into each and every aspect of the apartment. I can see innovation in every flat design, Private carridor for every apartment, larger size door ( beautiful look to the house ), no pillar & beam visable when you enter, good ventilation by using good glass usage, best sanitary

If you are looking for Properties in Hyderaabad for sale, I would suggest Aliens Group. It is one of the best residential properties in hyderabad. Properties for sale in hyderabad are many types, there are have duplex, 2BHK, 3BHK and many more with Aliens Group. This is one of the best properties in hyderabad I have seen. Unlike other builders the construction is in full swing as I can see in many news papers and TV ads.
They have given high importance to Green culture and made it the best green building in hyderabad. We have seen many properties in hyderabad but never seen a building with such a good amenities and facilities. You can buy many properties in hyerabad but we can never imagine like this one.

I am in the same situation as your and have ended up paying 20 lacs plus for a flat in Station 10 + housing loan interest from SBI, please let me know if you get any solution in this situation.
We are in the same boat.. Project is good but execution baaaaaad. Station 1 not yet taken up...delivery promised 2 years back. Demanding more money saying they are providing superior quality fixtures. God only knows when it gets completed. Do let me know the course of action being contemplated.

This is Kalyan from Aliens. I would like to elicit our previous discussion where i gave a couple of options to you for flat shift for early possession. Where we arrived at certain value of flat cost and all of a sudden when you came with a change of voice.
However, as per my telecon today, i will definitely work on some options and get back to you in couple of days.

That too customers who gave more money than Agreement of Sale almost 50% more, people who have surplus money which was earned from backdoor only gave, these people do not have value of money.

Alien's Customer Care people do post on complaints that please contact us to resolve your issue. But have the issues been resolved? Did the unfortunate owners get back their money or were handed over their flats?
