[Resolved] Aliens Space Station — Non Allocation Of Flat | |
Hi, I have booked the Flat at Aliens Space Station 1 of Aliens Developers. And Paid the advance and was willing to pay the remaining money as per the payment terms agreed.But inspite of my repative request to make the formal agreement or Agreement of Reservation for the Flat no 601.Agaisnst which i have paid the money.Builder is not willing to provide any agreement as he have sold that Flat no 601 to some one else at a higher price for which he has taken the advance money from me.Now he is not allocating me any flat and asking me to pay higher price then what was agreed and take the flat at a Higher floor by paying floor rise charges. Please help me in getting the flat for which I have paid the money to the Builder. I have the receipt as well which Builder has given to me for the advance i have paid to him and over there it is clearly mentioned the Flat not 601. Regards, Gaurav Was this information helpful? | |

I would be very happy if you can provide your information with your contact details.
Flat allocation would have not have happened if you have not made the margin amount payment, which would be the first 20% of the flat cost.
Incase if you have paid only token advance, i am sure our team would have refunded your money back by now. which we have done for all the customer who have withdraw after paying token advance.
If it has not happened in your case, i would request you to contact me on the following contact number and i would be very happy to resolve at the earliest.
I can also see your willingness towards the project in your comments, if you still carry it, i also would like you to visit the site to see the handovered flats.

My Flat has been allotted and registered in 2012. On what basis it is still being used as your Office without my permission.
Why are you not following the judgement given in State Consumer court to handover my flat as agreed terms.
My flat is 482, 4th floor in the one and only one station constructed so far.
