i deepak sharma resident of patiala is applyng for educational loan in various public sector banks for higher studies in abroad but fail to have any positive response.
actually i am looking to do graduation diploma in buisness studies in an govt. institute at new zealand which is considered as level 7 and course is about to start in april 19 2010 but still no bank is supporting me. loan requirement is rs. 4 lakh which falls under no security scheme. govt. is saying that education is our fundamental right but protocol of economic structure laid by govt. is so poor that it ends as a humiliation for the student. help me..
